Sheraton Raleigh Hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent customer service and a fantastic downtown location. The hotel had a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern amenities and relaxing décor that made it easy to unwind after a busy day. I especially appreciated the convenient access to downtown Raleigh restaurants, museums, and entertainment venues within walking distance. The lobby and common areas were beautifully maintained and created a polished and relaxing environment throughout the property. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Everything throughout the hotel appeared organized, clean, and professionally managed. This is definitely a great option for both business and leisure travelers visiting Raleigh.

I'm very happy with my experience here. All of the staff, from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping, were friendly and professional. I had two meals onsite and both were good. My room was very clean and comfortable. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay.

I had some possessions taken from my room. I spoke with several staff members who all took my number to follow up and no one did. I was told someone tried to knock on my room but I wasn't there. No one called me. I emailed the general manager and got no follow up. Not one single person apologized which would've made this better. The staff were nice enough but because of lack of follow up I felt that nice to your face horrible behind your back sensation. Also to log onto the wifi they make it seem like you HAVE to sign up to access wifi. You dont, but the lack of transparency only grounds the horrible experience i went through. I slept with all the locks on and do not disturb sign left on my doorknob. I left feeling violated. I should've filed a police report but I was waiting on the general manager and thought they'd get back me.

If hospitality was an Olympic sport, Austin and Celeiste at the Sheraton Downtown would be bringing home gold medals and smiling while doing it. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, kind, and so accommodating that I almost started checking to see if I was secretly royalty. This was my second stay, and somehow they made it feel even better than the first. Their generosity and effortless customer service made the experience smooth, comfortable, and honestly hard to leave. They went out of their way without ever making it seem like a chore — and these days, that kind of genuine hospitality stands out. If you’re going to be in the downtown area for any length of time and haven’t stayed at the Sheraton yet, do yourself a favor and make it your next stay. Trust me — Austin and Celeiste will make you feel so at home you may start looking at extended-stay rates just for fun.

The food basically sucked. We ate at the actually Marriott next store which was much better. As others mentioned the sheets were rock hard like sleeping on paper. Crispy, not comfortable, the TP was 1 pile, just horrible and a waste of money. Use 2 pile and they’ll waste less. Lastly, the tv is about 15 -20 years old and so out date you can hardly see what you’re watching! Marriott, do better. For $259/night I expect way better! I stay at Marriott’s several times a year. I don’t know why in the last year they went to 1 ply, but it’s horrible and CHEAP! This by far was the WORSE hotel for cheap, uncomfortable sheets! I get people may not be in their room for long due to business trips, but please you want to be comfortable! Again: MARRIOTT DO BETTER!!
