well it’s certainly a bed to sleep on but not much more. staff was friendly & check in was smooth but the room was not clean & looked very thrown together with whatever furniture they could find off facebook market place. walked in the room, saw the state & the roaches and left to a different hotel. lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

Only giving a 1 a not a 0 because while it could have been worse, it's cooks t have been much worse. Remote was broken, bed kept moving everything I got in or out, tv had a scratch in the middle and in the corner, for some reason we were in a huge room with a king bed and a single cuck chair, no conditioner in the toiletries, parking was weird, and the location was not ideal. Every moment of every day there were loud road sounds which I understand the site can't control but in terms of overall comfort, the sirens, motorcycles noises, people screaming and blasting music (both outside and inside the motel) were uncomfortable

When I arrived to check in early at 7am the lady at the desk was rude & argumentative and tried to charge me a extra $20 because they didn’t have the room i reserved available she then dropped the price to $10 like she wanted money for her pocket she then told me to come back after waiting 45 minutes in the lobby she then told me she would check me in but next time i had to pay the $20 fee to switch the room after 2 hours of being in the room my friend came by to give me some money then the lady from the desk is running up the stairs yelling what are you doing you not supposed to have any company which we where outside the room she then calls the cops and tells them she wants me out even the cop said she is terrible and likes to argue Do Not Stay Here go somewhere else but there is no rule anywhere stating no company at this hotel including when you make a reservation I’m also on a do not rent list now smh This is also a area of high drug use at this super 8 motel which they allow to go on here at the downtown super 8 on s Saunders street

White Lady with Glasses got in face then proceeded to call the police all we asked if she could wait like 6 minutes so we can pay for another day because my husband brother was sending him money she goes on to say that's not her problem being rude then told the police that she gave us until 12:00 when she didn't it was 11:15 she said she will give us 15 minutes then she will call the police I asked for the manager on the phone she hung up in my face so I went down stairs to talk to her she was very rude and unprofessional she also worke at the quality inn next to the super8 they try to call them and say to put us on the band list when we never went over there so she would have to take our information from the super8 nd put it in the other one next to us then we had no were to go still waiting for the money then it finally hit she talking about sum if we keep talking we can't get the room that's crazy

I had an emergency and had to leave a day and a half early, so I reached out to management and asked if I could be refunded for the last night that I wouldn't be there, and they said no due to their policies. An hour later management shows up with the housekeeper in tow, knocking at the door and asking if I was leaving. So let me get this straight, I can't get a refund for the night I won't be using the room, but your greedy self was ready to clear out the room and rent it to someone else?! Not on my dime you won't, the audacity of some business owners. So, I kindly closed the door packed my stuff, and left with the key to make sure they couldn't rent the room to anyone else till the time I paid for was up. I even came back on the last day and left the key on the dresser, because I have principals, and clearly the owners of this establishment does not.
