This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. The Cleveland motel would have n been a better choice. Sleeping in a shelter would have been a better choice!! First of all the first room I got was dirty. Dirty beds and a tub halfway filled with dirty water and debris. Second room had no towels or washcloths for the first full day of checking in. The hallways stink to high hell as well as the lobby with dirty mop bucket water just laying around. The hallways were covered with sticky spots all over the floor. Then on top of all that when they switched my room they gave another man a key card to my room and he walked in on me and my fiancé naked in bed. I would never in my life stay here or refer this crappy hotel to anybody. The customer service is horrible the people act like they hate the job. Worst hotel in the city and it’s in Lakewood. That’s the killer part. You would think Lakewood is decent. Think again!!!!

When I first pulled into area I was very distraught & confused, usually days in are very nice and they Are usually clean, But this particular room I was in Last night Was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I highly don’t recommend this for anybody, It’s not sanitary. It’s not clean. It’s not healthy. There are wires hanging out of the wall, there is mold on the ceiling, plastic around the curtain rod, floors are dirty. This is the most ran down hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No soap, no towels, no conditioner or shampoo!

As I turned into the driveway of this property the front of the building as well as the parking lot gave me pause. I thought it might be better on the inside. I was more than wrong about that. The front desk area looked more like a storage area. The lobby was dark and dingy. I should have turned and walked out then but I checked in. As I walked down the hall I was even less confident that my experience was going to improve. When I got to the large metal room door, which was covered in dents, I opened the door and knew immediately I would not be staying. The room felt clammy and dirty. In the bathroom the toilet paper was on the back of the toilet since the rod that held the toilet paper into the holder was missing. I took my bags back to my car and went to the desk to tell them I would not be staying. I had made a reservation for two nights and walked away knowing I would not receive a refund. What I would advise anyone thinking of staying here is READ THE REVIEWS. I should have paid more attention. I do not understand how Wyndham can allow their name to be associated with this location. Saying it was disgusting would be too nice a description.

absolutely awful experience, it is 100% worth it to spend more money to stay elsewhere. we came into town for the zach bryan concert and the hotel prices were way too expensive downtown so we decided to go with the days inn. we got in line for check in and there were 3 people ahead of us, all of which were checking out right after checking in because their rooms were disgusting—i’ve never seen such a thing. we were told we double-booked, and despite only needing one room neither were clean and available. the lady at the desk said the only available room was a smoking room, so we took it to avoid the wait. the room was FILTHY—cobwebs all over the ceilings, gross stains on the bed sheets and pillows, an unknown substance on the floor, the air conditioner looked like it had never been cleaned and was probably pushing out toxic air. we bit the bullet and got new bed sheets because we were only going to sleep there and it was too late to try and figure out another sleeping situation. go to check out, there’s a cracked out lady hanging out in the lobby, and we wait for 20+ minutes while we listen to the owner screaming at his employees in a room the entire time, plenty loud enough for anyone in the lobby to hear—all i can hope is he was screaming at them because of the atrocious condition this “hotel” operates in. both my friend and i are very understanding people and generally don’t care too much, but this was truly an abysmal experience. never never stay here

The absolute worst place I have ever seen. The room is nasty dirty. The ac/heat, lights and tv don't work. The sheets on the bed are stained. There is no blinds on the window. Anyone walking by could look in. Carpet tiles are stained and coming loose. Never ever stay here unless you are homeless and desperate.
