Stayed here for a concert at Rocket Arena and it was an easy walk, which was a huge plus. Check-in was easy, the front desk staff that I dealt with were very kind and patient, and our room was clean and perfectly adequate for what we needed. The hotel is a little dated in spots, but nothing unusual and everything was fine during our stay. The room was comfortable. We booked early and felt like it was a good value for the location. Would stay here again for an event downtown.

I didn’t expect a simple hotel stay to wear me down the way this one did. From the moment I walked into the room, something felt off — like the space itself was tired, worn out, and ready to give up. The air felt heavy, the lighting felt dim, and the whole room carried that faint, stale smell that makes you wonder how many times it’s been ignored instead of cleaned. The HVAC system was the breaking point. It didn’t just run loudly — it attacked the silence. Every few minutes it would jolt awake with a rattling roar, blasting either freezing air or warm, suffocating humidity. No matter what temperature I set, the room never settled. It felt like the thermostat was mocking me, switching moods every time I started to relax. By the middle of the night, I was lying awake, listening to the machine gasp and clatter, wondering why I paid money to be emotionally bullied by an air conditioner. The room itself didn’t offer any comfort. The carpet looked worn and overdue for a deep clean, and the furniture felt like it had survived too many guests and too few updates. Even small things — like dust in corners or the dullness of the bathroom fixtures — added to the sense that the room had been neglected for far too long. Instead of resting, I felt like I was waiting for the night to be over. The location might be convenient, right across from the stadium and close to downtown spots, but that only made the contrast worse. You step outside into a lively, energetic city, then return to a room that feels drained of life. The emotional whiplash is real. By the time I checked out, I wasn’t just tired — I felt worn down. A hotel stay shouldn’t feel like something you have to recover from. This one did.

Here for Supercross race convenient location, I’m a silver member here. Travel for work and this was one of the better hotels I’ve seen. Room was ready early, parking fee which didn’t mind considering parking is more expensive closer to the venue. Staff was absolutely wonderful for my boyfriend and I. Staying in one of the semi-accessible rooms for disability, the toilet did run constantly but can’t hear it in the room, our door didn’t shut on its own, just something we had to keep in mind. Pool was decent, real warm. It’s not busy loaded with kids and chaos throughout the entire place which we enjoy. Booked with my member points so was free besides parking and food in the morning.

Check in at 3p was extremely pleasant and accommodating. They were great!! Asking a simple question in the evening about their restaurant at 9p was clearly a problem for the individual behind the desk. Sassy, has an attitude, and clearly doesn’t have people facing skills. Do better… just be kind….

The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful. The location is convenient. The parking is easy. The room was pretty mid. Door stuck and the blinds were broken, but the bed is so comfortable. Maybe too comfortable. The minute I laid down half my plans went out the window.
