I’ve stayed at residence inn all around the US and the Cleveland hotel is the cutest one I’ve ever been to. It feels like you are staying in a Victorian home. The rooms are extremely spacious. Very clean. The gym is small but to be expected at Marriot hotels. Great location for walking around downtown.

Just stayed for a night with my husband and toddler. We loved how big the rooms were!! The sink was great to clean all of my kids cups and the fridge was great for his milk. One tiny complaint is that the front door was so heavy that the door had to be slammed. We learned this the hard way when we came back after the guardians game and the door was cracked open. Luckily enough everything was still there. Now for the parking, they were very professional but separate than Marriott. It was a 3rd party company. Granted I think the parking was a bit pricey. $47-$49 a day is wild. But I get it downtown location. Location: GREAT for the Cavs game or the Guardians game. Very Downtown. What comes with DT is the unhoused on the streets. Didn't bother us too too much but it was something that was noticed.

Wow! For a Residence Inn this one is top notch! Clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly, kind and accommodating. The location is PERFECT to downtown Cleveland. Food, entertainment, and everything else in walking distance. Gerald was a great host and made our stay memorable.

I rarely stop to review but this is by far the most overpriced hotel I have ever stayed in. It is a great location so close to the ballpark which is why I was in town. The rooms are big but very worn. After twice trying to get the tv in my room fixed to work I was moved at 11:00pm to another room. This is never fun packing up everything to move to another room. The tv did work & as it was late I did not give a close look to the bathroom. In the morning I went to shower finding previous guests hair in the tub, sink & floor. The shower faucet kept leaning & falling off. I just got through the shower to leave. Overall both rooms were just worn & deeply showing wear

The Residence Inn is the hidden gem of downtown hotels - nestled among the big name "fancy" hotels and definitely punching above it's weight. For a rate that is often very low (if not the lowest) among the downtown hotels, you get a bigger room, a kitchen (well-equipped with dishes, cookware, a full-sized frig & microwave, and a 2-burner electric cooktop), a great location, excellent service, and free breakfast every morning that's actually amazingly good for the price! Architecturally, the building is beautiful on the inside, despite a plain and unassuming exterior. My room was clean and tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. The TV has the standard Marriott equipment that seems to make connecting to it more difficult than it should be, but this is a first world problem that I will endure in exchange for an otherwise perfectly pleasant and peaceful stay.
