I had an amazing experience at Tru by Hilton Midtown, and it was all thanks to Jonathan. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure everything about my stay was smooth and comfortable. He answered every question with patience, handled requests quickly, and made me feel like more than just another guest passing through. His attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out. What impressed me most was his positive attitude no matter how busy things were, he remained calm, kind, and solution-oriented. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats guests with such care and respect. Jonathan is a true asset to the Tru by Hilton Midtown team. Because of him, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone looking for outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jonathan, for making my stay exceptional!

This is the second time we've stayed at this Tru Hotel. It's located pretty much in the middle of everything we wanted to do and see. Easy drive to the city and around to the surrounding areas The breakfast is pretty good, with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, & pancakes. The seating area is great for bringing dinner in, or using the microwave to heat up leftovers. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty quiet. The beds are comfy. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all smell amazing. We will definitely stay here when we come back to the area.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. But the room sucked. First issue was the blind, it was off its track and not working. There was a tissue box with only three tissues in it. The hand soap dispenser was leaking on the counter. The mini-fridge was so loud that we had to unplug it. The bed was the horrible. Hard, lumpy and pokey like the springs were popping out. We did not sleep well if at all. I will not be staying here again. I do not recommend.

I have worked in hospitality for 8+ years and never have seen beds as BAD as these! And let me tell you, for as much as we paid this was unacceptable! We took a night away to go to the supercross which was great, only 10 minutes away from event. So location is great. Breakfast was good. The lady working breakfast was great. Kept everything stocked. Front desk ladies in the morning were wonderful and super nice. Whoever worked evening time wasn’t the friendliest. Around 8pm asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they said they didn’t have any. Weird. Again working in a hotel there should be plenty of extra pillows and blankets! Spoke to Christine before checking out about the mattresses. First they were hard as a ROCK! Hand prints all over the headboard. After waking up, working at a hotel I try to help out and take sheets and pillow cases off. What we found on the mattress literally made me physically sick and wanted to throw up my wonderful breakfast I just ate. The only thing they could offer was $25 discount. Crazy! We also had family members rent a room and their mattress was worse! Christine said they were remodeling in October. 6+ months for other people staying to sleep on these nasty mattress! So fair warning to anyone who stays here before their remodeling date in October… BEWARE! If a manager could reach out regarding these issues I would love to speak to someone.

Booked here as a team member picked my room (king bed). Get to my room and I have a double bed when I asked the young lady at the front desk what happened she said the were sold out that was the only room left. So I went back.on the app to see if you guys were sold out and you were not. My room wasn't very clean either.
