My daughter was playing in a softball tournament and we are so glad we chose to stay at this hotel. The location is great with restaurants, bars, attractions etc all close proximity. The rooms were super cozy and clean. The laundry room came with complimentary laundry detergent, pool was fun, and the gym is one of the best hotel gyms I have seen. All Of the staff was kind and friendly, especially Courtne, he went above and beyond- great customer skills!

If you are booking here or having a reservation here soon, I would highly recommend calling the front desk to ensure your reservation exists. I arrived to this hotel after a long day only to find out the reservation I made online was double booked and I no longer had a room. I was not notified of this in advance in any way. Disappointing because this seemed like a nice hotel and also shocked because this has never happened to me before. I would like to shout out Courtney at the front desk for helping me find a new accommodation while also maintaining excellent customer service with other guests. That was the only redeeming part of my experience here and I appreciate Courtney going the extra mile for me when I no longer had a place to stay for the night.

I traveled in from out of state and chose this location due its relative proximity to a training center. I have stayed at quite a few other Aloft hotels in different states (TX, GA, OK) for personal and professional trips. I love that they are dog friendly but this was my far my worst experience. The noise was out of control - first from cars revving up on the streets which made for a bad night’s sleep and even worse was in the hallway from other hotel guests and the worst was the next room to me (the walls are paper thin), a woman’s moaning and screaming woke me up at 1:30 AM, I turned the TV on to drown the noise but it meant I still couldn’t sleep. Such an awful 3-night stay. I’m completely exhausted and can’t wait to get back home and catch up on my sleep.

The concept of this hotel was probably great at one time. I didn't see that the restaurant/bar weren't available anymore until after I booked, which is wild because of the price they are charging for these rooms. They aren't even remodeling or upgrading, just no restaurant or even bar. The walls are PAPER thin. I will say the front desk staff were so kind, but they are selling a premium price for a lackluster stay. I am SHOCKED this even shows up on Marriott's website. They gave us two mini bottles of water and offered free wifi for being a Marriott Rewards member, big deal. How about a discount on parking, or some actual amenity? I just think this price was way out of line, it's not even that close to Downtown you have a pretty long walk in a dimly lit area. Pass. Pay the extra to stay somewhere else.
