For over $300/night, this property certainly was not worth the value. If you’re staying here expecting to enjoy the Chase The Edit perks then I would choose somewhere else. They did not give us an upgrade and even lied that the hotel was at full capacity; hence there was no availability but I could still book half a dozen of rooms for those same nights on the hotel website as well as on Chase Travel. For breakfast, this hotel doesn’t have a buffet so they give $30 in credit per person to use at their restaurant. Since you can’t use credit to cover gratuities, it’s not actually free like at other properties. Before we arrived, I called to have my husband’s name added to the booking since my flight got cancelled and he would be checking in ahead. The male Guest Services agent took his info and said everything should be good to go. Then I called back after 30 mins to inquire about something else and was told by a different agent that she did not see any other names on this booking. Makes you wonder about the competency of the staff here. Lastly, when asked about late check-out, the front desk said they could only allow until 12:30pm. We said okay, but when we checked again the next morning just to be sure, a different rep said they couldn’t offer late check-out at all and we would have to leave at 11am. It was only because I mentioned speaking to someone already that she said “okay well I don’t see any notes in the system but I’ll get it sorted for you til 12:30.” What is this inconsistency? The front desk here truly makes you feel unwelcome and unappreciated with their lies and reluctance to assist.

While my stay is still upcoming, I have been so impressed by the staff! They have been proactive, knowledgeable and easy to contact. Hanna especially was so kind to reach out prior to my stay. It says a lot about a hotel when they make you feel special (when you’re no one special at all!) before you even arrive. I’m very much looking forward to my time there!

We love Omni properties — not just the one in Norman, but most of the locations we’ve stayed at. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel was no exception. It’s modern, luxurious, and has a great overall atmosphere. The food and dining options were very good, and we especially enjoyed the cocktails and appetizers. The property felt very safe and well maintained. The rooftop pool was beautiful — very crowded when we visited in September, but still a great experience. One of my favorite parts was the large, oversized room and the gorgeous bathroom with gold accents. We truly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back!

Location was central to everything. It is right across the street walking distance to paycom arena and there was a conference that it was also walking distance from. With that being said even if your on a higher floor if you have a street view it can be very noisy at night due to traffic. Also there will be a lot of access to families like a Disney resort without kids assigned areas. Every room gets welcome candy so didn't really feel special as my stay was first time for my engagement and Amex cardholder being it's 1 out of two for the Fine Hotel and resorts. I was given upgrade as apart of me Amex benefits, $100 hotel credit, but didn't get to experience late check out we had to head home. There is a complimentary breakfast included for two but since it's not buffet everything on menu is Al carte. I had to ask front desk how it works and was advised we get $60 a day during our stay it's not advertised so beware. Kids under 11 do eat free and Seltzer's does open from 7am-2pm giving you plenty time to eat Breakfast or Brunch. Portions are good but there is a bit of wait so that could use a bit upgrade once seated to ensure food heat quality. Other than that I enjoyed my stay hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.

We spent my first Mother’s Day at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel for their Mother’s Day Brunch, and it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The event was thoughtfully done, the atmosphere was elegant, and the food was absolutely delicious, especially the croffles! From the moment we checked in, every detail felt special. Guests were welcomed with complimentary LaMarca Prosecco, there were interactive stations for children to make Mother’s Day cards and decorate cookies, and the flower wall photo backdrop was such a lovely touch for capturing memories. The service was phenomenal, warm, attentive, and truly made the experience feel elevated and memorable. We will definitely be back!
