We stayed the weekend here as a family of 4. The rooms were pretty tight having a bedroom and then pullout sofa bed. The rooms overall were relatively clean, but our comforter did have blood and some nasty stain on it. The staff was very friendly and attentive so no complaints there. The breakfast options were nice and plentiful, everything you could think of was there. The indoor pool was quite chilly so we did not swim in it although wanted to. Overall not bad, but the bed being dirty was definitely not good.

had a wonderful experience. The guest services were amazing. Breakfast was awesome . Cervantes was one of the staff members that had 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ customer service rating from me. It was above and beyond exceptional. The rest of the embassy suites staff had good customer service. We will definitely be back!

Coffee drinkers, this is not your hotel! Staying here 11 nights. Coffee is not setup until 5:30am, not a minute sooner, and sometimes late. Then coffee is removed from service when breakfast is over. Very disappointing compared to most Hiltons. One morning, the coffee was out but the server cart was still nearby. As I proceeded to fill my cup the server came around the corner, stopped and stared as if I was inhibiting her progress. Cleanliness of the silverware and other breakfast service items is also an issue here, see photo of the crusty half n half carafe just after the coffee was setup. Finally, if you’re not the chatty type in the morning, be prepared to engage in chitchat while your omelette is being made. Also, see Pete B’s review, I agree with his take.

Hotel felt safe but was not the cleanest one I've stayed in. We checked in late and exhausted, also equipped with our own cleaning supplies as a precaution. We were glad of that because the bathroom counter still had Foundation makeup on it and in the sink along with some stray hairs. Bathroom shower door leaked. Otherwise, it was a nice room and close to the doctor's appointment we were traveling to the next morning. Breakfast buffet was pretty disappointing.

I stayed here for one night before one of my hospital shifts during the recent winter storm, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the staff who were also stuck working that weekend. Your willingness to keep the doors open while having such positive, welcoming attitudes despite the circumstances did not go unnoticed. It truly meant a lot to those of us who needed a safe place to stay. Thank you for everything!
