Sung Hwan Won 3 months agoWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The lobby was beautiful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. The location is definitely one of the best parts—close to everything we needed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. A special shout‑out to Bailey, who went above and beyond to assist us. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Thanks to her, our experience was truly memorable!
Candra Jefferson 2 months agoMy stay here was excellent! Everyone was so kind and attentive especially our waitress Heather. She filled my water bottle everyday morning and always greeted me with a hot fresh cup of coffee. And I forget to shout-out Chef Jason and Chef Lance for the amazing breakfast I had every morning! You have to stay here. It's such a great experience!
Yolonda Jordan a month agoThis place is very nice and conveniently located near the canal and other venues. However I have to say parking is atrocious unless you valet. The bedding and beds are not old school Marriott Rennisance like I remember. They weren't as comfortable. The staff was pretty friendly. The nicest girl was who helped us check out. Might stay again but for the price I probably won't at this point youre paying for the name and not the luxury like it used to be. There are many more hotels that are just as nice in that area for a much better price!
Erica Hickson 4 months agoI’ve gone back and forth trying to decide if I should write this review or not because I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. I’d rather allow the business to correct issues that are brought tot their attention instead of trying to prove the customer wrong. But today when I thought about it again and started researching a little more, I found a review on TripAdvisor from December 2023 where someone had an experience similar to mine, so I do feel it’s necessary to share. My husband and I stayed here on New Year’s Eve. The next day my husband developed itchy bites on his hands. By that evening I had also developed itchy bites on my arms and face. On January 3rd when I was confident these were bed bug bites, I contacted guest relations as well as the hotel. I received an email back from the manager, stating they would take the room out of service and have it professional inspected. I then received a call back on January 7th stating they had taken the room out of service and had their maintenance team inspect and found nothing, but that they would have a company come and inspect as well on January 9th and get a report back to me. I followed up on January 12th and an inspection had still not been completed. I gave it a few more days then contacted the health department. Finally on January 22nd, 3 weeks after I reported the bed bugs (and more than likely only because the health department got involved), they had a professional inspection done on just that room and sent me a report showing no bed bugs found. I do not feel this was handled promptly, I do not feel my concerns were taken seriously, and I feel like they were only trying to prove me wrong when all I really wanted was for the situation to be addressed and treated in a timely and appropriate manner. I just think future guests should be aware of this situation and if you experience something similar advocate for a prompt, independent inspection. It’s disappointing because I really liked this hotel and have stayed there several times both for business and pleasure, but I can’t risk staying at a place that doesn’t take bed bug complaints seriously.
Curtis Riggs 3 months agoWe had a fantastic experience with the valet team during our stay. Mason went above and beyond—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The entire crew helped us load our luggage into our car. Truly great service. Highly recommend!
