Rimsha was incredibly helpful and sweet. She informed us of all the accommodations comfort suites offers. She was also very knowledgeable about many things and we were very thankful since we are not from around here. 😊😄😄😄 we love the room. And the excellent customer service Rimsha provided was elite and above standards. Give that girl a raise!! 🙌💜

Checking into this place was a smooth process. The front desk clerk (Anthony) was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Walking into the room I could tell it was well maintained. The beds were very comfortable with plush pillows and breathable linen. Everything in the room was in workable order. The location of this hotel in reference to Bricktown is undeniably convenient. Compared to other hotels in the area this hotel is priced for value for a high quality room. The individuals that work here take their jobs seriously. Cee Cee (breakfast cook) kept the breakfast buffet well maintained. She was very personable and fun to speak with. The buffet had a variety of food to choose from. Anything from waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels w/cream cheese, biscuits and gravy. Of course there was fruit juices(apple, orange) and milk. A convenience store is located next door. There may be some shady characters there but they are not roaming around the hotel. Comfort Inn is in the process of installing another privacy fence with more vertical height next to the existing one. Because of these reasons I would recommend arranging accommodations at this location.

When arriving at the hotel the guy working at the counter told me “I’ll be with you in just a moment….” Then proceeded to cut something out of the drawer with a razor blade. Really odd. I was confused why he couldn’t check me in and then get back to that… but whatever. Area wasn’t great but I knew it was close-ish to downtown so I wasn’t that surprised. We did stay at this hotel because they advertised that they offered breakfast. When we went downstairs the next morning to eat, they had warmers but no food. I assumed they were making more because it was around 8:15 so I went back to the room. My daughter went back down around 8:30. When she got downstairs, still no food. She did ask the girl at the front desk if they would be putting food out and the girl said “oh…I guess they forgot to cook breakfast this morning.” And got back on her phone. The gym is not a gym. Lol there is a treadmill and a bench in there. I don’t even think there were weights. Cheap hotel but definitely won’t stay again. Spend the money to a more reliable and nice location that their staff won’t “forget to cook breakfast” for an entire hotel. Definitely inconvenient for people with families that don’t plan on stopping before getting back on the road. 🙄

The rooms were very clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Did not use the pool, but was a nice addition. The free breakfast was really good. The guy at check in was very nice and helpful. Was fairly helpful with directions and what to do in town since I was visiting. The location it very good just off the interstate and next to a gas station and a waffle house. The only complaint I have is the A/C in our room didn't work besides the fan.

My boyfriend and I came to okc together for his birthday trip When we first arrived the service desk was empty we waited for a while for someone to come up front and greet us. While we were checking in I read reviews and knew right away it was a poor choice. First thing I noticed was the snack counter or what looked to be once was empty absolutely nothing. Fitness room -out of order Swimming pool- out of order Ice machine -out of order Elevator- barely works you gotta push the button hard to get it to come down and double push the button for it to take off to the floor you are requesting Front desk agent said , breakfast would be served @6am We went and they also said that’s not available. The worst place ever, the best thing about it was the shower.
