Location was easily accessible. 7-Eleven right in front. Check in was fine, she accommodated the floor we requested. The room was clean, quiet, but the A/C sounded like it was almost on its last leg. Like maybe 5 channels on the TV worked and they were all local. Other channels advertised were static. Bed had a clean and comfortable mattress, but could have been cleaned better on the bottom. The window curtains were thin and almost transparent. Overall, it wasn't horrible, but could use a few improvements.

The look overall was fine. Nothing visibly wrong anywhere. Well kept. My issue was with the a/c throughout the building. All of the main areas of the hotel were warm and musty. It’s October but it’s still 85 degrees outside, the inside should be properly air conditioned. In the room, the a/c blows cold but doesn’t cut any of the humidity out like every other hotel does. This made for a sweaty sleep for my kids and I, and after only one shower in the bathroom, it was so humid in there the door was dripping wet with condensation. Just not great on environment. And the hair dryer doesn’t work. The only bright spot was the woman who attended breakfast. She insisted on making our waffles for us and came around and cleaned up for everyone throwing plates and cups away.

Absolute worst experience ever at a hotel ! Tried to extend my stay and pay for it, but was told that because I couldn’t leave work to come in in person, they would rather pack up my belongings and have me pick them up at the front desk than accept payment over the phone or offer any reasonable alternative. That response was unprofessional, unnecessary, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Most hotels can process payment remotely — choosing to remove a guest’s belongings instead of taking payment is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience and not how paying guests should be treated.

I was locked out of my room because my key didn't work. 3 different key cards with no luck. Finally the manager gave me his keys so I could get into my room and prop the door open while returning the keys to him. Out of coffee at 5:30am (coffee starts at 4am). The desk chair in my room was heavily worn and disgusting. Desk staff was friendly however.

This hotel was a great place to stay, being in the middle of a move they were very accommodating with everyone. The room was very nice and clean! The stay was quiet with a good hot breakfast every morning and comfortable beds and large bathroom. The entire front desk clerks were kind and very polite!
