I had an excellent experience, staring my stay from checking to check out. Everything was smooth and stress-free. The hotel is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed the room with spacious the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were great.

Place is a joke! These sorry people wouldn’t rent a room to me told me it was $788 dollars A night because of the color of my skin I over heard the woman in the back ask the weirdo sleeping at the counter what color I was and told him to tell me that! The profiling is messed up especially since we just came into town and needed minimal accommodations for weekly rate I figured 4 to 5 hundred bucks for the week for me and my wife no kids no pets! Not 788 bucks a night went right around the corner got a nice room very clean and excellent parking for that 435 a week !!!!!

The floor stayed wet the whole 3 days. Worker acknowledged that floor was wet, but said probably didn't have another room to put us in. The TV remote did not control anything on the TV. They did bring in a Roku device, but the remote still did not control the on/off or volume. Then, they held out $6.99 per night out of the deposit with no explanation as to why. Shouldn't be able to change the rate of the room after it's booked.

FOUL is the best way to describe this place. The pictures on the website are a farce! The lack of towels, wash cloths and functional shower were the least of it. We should have turned and walked away when there was a toilet plunger on the floor of the lobby when checking in, unfortunately we already paid $200 through Travelocity, which we will pursue a refund. We had 2 rooms, actually 3 if you count the one we moved from during to the poop in the sheets. The next room wasn’t much better with large holes in the blankets, and a console that had been chewed on by rodents. The other room had an orange shower curtain from the mildew and granulated pee, thankfully the sheets were clean. The carpets were disgusting. The floors of the elevator were sticky and dirty, which, even after complaining that night, were in the in the same condition in the morning. We did not eat the food, for fear of food poisoning. The front desk staff seemed unfazed by my concerns, apologies were offered like it’s normal every day conversation. Save yourself from needing to shower from your shower, don’t stay here.

I wish I had a better experience here, but unfortunately it wasn’t great. As soon as I got into the room, there was a roach crawling up the wall. That was already a bad start. On top of that, they didn’t have any washcloths available, which is a basic thing most hotels provide. Walking through the hallways, I also noticed borax powder in the corners, which I assume is there to deal with the roach problem — but clearly it isn’t working. The next morning made it even worse. I woke up and there was another roach sitting on the nightstand like he was my little buddy just staring at me. At that point I was completely over it. Between the bugs, the borax in the hallways, and the lack of basic amenities, I wouldn’t stay here again. Hopefully management can address the cleanliness issues because that kind of experience is definitely not what guests expect when booking a room. 🪳
