The chair in the room was stained, fridge would not stay closed, and the doors/walls are so thin I got woken up by housekeeping talking loudly to each other in the halls almost every morning, along with other guests and construction nearby. No hooks in bathroom besides one on the back of the door, the half shower door would ensure soaking wet floors after each shower, and the desk outlets needed to be reattached. Finally - the lamp lighting was much too bright for a relaxing atmosphere. But hey, the lighting in the bathroom was super flattering and it was nice to have a kitchenette! Just won't stay here again.

I loved everything about this location. It's situated in a convenient area near bricktown and the event center. They provide shuttle service that will drop off & pick up around the area. The driver Henry was very polite and offered great conversation. The ladies at the front desk Jasmine & Maria were helpful and friendly. The manager was accommodating as well. She allowed us to move to a suite that offered more room and we appreciated that as well. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well. Their breakfast were great, every thing hot and fresh every morning! They offer delicious warm baked cookies that they have in the lobby for your pleasure..(my husband would grab a few every time he got a chance 😂) Moreover, this will be our spot every time we are in OKC!!!! Had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. The hotel was very clean, neat, and well maintained. A special thank you to the housekeeping supervisor, Cecy, who was extremely friendly and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and enjoyable place to stay.

I stayed here in early December of 2025. The phone in the room did not work, it did not even have somewhere to be plugged in. We addressed that the first night with the front desk and they said they were aware. We were told the shuttle was available at all times, and then when we arrived there we were told it was only certain times and only at night. they also told us it would be a five minute walk to the event center, it is a ten minute drive and about 20-25 minute walk. We also stressed that it was important because of some health issues and difficulty with stairs that we would need elevator access or first floor access. One of the elevators was not working when we arrived, and they assured us the other was fine. Cut to the second day, neither elevator was working, they had no plan for when it would be repaired. They offered no help for either getting our stuff out or helping those in our party who needed help. I asked for a supervisor and was told no one was there. We checked out the next day, they told me a supervisor would call, they never did. I called twice now with no response. Edit: Still no call from management 2 weeks later, and they have no intention of trying to resolve this with me. Edit 2: Greg, their GM/Owner, is looking into this. He was much more pleasant than the front desk,. and I hope we can find a resolutions.

this place represents a decent hotel. the person at the check in desk wasn't super friendly but i got checked in perfectly fine. there was a massive confusion caused with the breakfast time, the front desk lady said it started at 9, the pdf on the qr code said 1000 and the paper that we got with the room key said 1030 for the weekend. we called and the front desk said it ended at 1030, but confirm as there i think is some confusion with that. the room was clean and the shower water was hot but the tv situation was less than ideal. the up channel button on the tv didnt work and there was no channel guide so you just had to guess the channels. this isnt really that big of a deal because of internet tv now but id like to see a upgrade here. i could hear some of the neighbors but i think overall i would stay here again.
