Elaine Johns 2 months agoI drove in from Enid for a helicopter convention as the keynote speaker. I was greeted and welcomed by Lo, The valet Driver. I had four loads of equipment and things to unload. He graciously help me get everything into the hotel and did an awesome job taking care of my car. That night, a tornado hit our community and our house was slightly damaged but everything to the west was demolished. I appreciate the courteous and kind comments and the service that I was provided when I couldn't get home to my family. And when it was time to get ready to pack up, there was Lo and Cole there to help me. This is the best service that I've ever had with valet and I appreciate the carefulness and courteousness those two gentlemen provided me while staying at the Hyatt Place. I highly recommend them.
Torey Aspelund a month agoStaff was amazing. Morgan was cool and the other valet Andrew they were all so awesome. Axa was super helpful too. Jennie and Axa went out of their way to get me visine too. Adding lo and akiela (thanks a ton!!) in here too. The whole place is so nice. I've stayed at probably 15 hyatts and theyre all different but honestly keep coming back cuz the staff actually cares.
jo-lendl Perez 5 months agoOutstanding Service from Nicholas A. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Nicholas A. From the moment we arrived, Nicholas was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He handled our luggage with care, offered clear directions, and made sure we felt welcomed right away. What really stood out was his positive attitude and attention to detail — he went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. It’s employees like Nicholas who truly make a difference in a guest’s experience. Highly recommend recognizing Nicholas A. for his excellent service. Thank you for making our stay even better!
Fofung Fomune 2 months agoI want to recognize LO for the great valet service at the Hyatt Hotel. He was friendly, respectful, and made me feel welcome right away. He handled my car carefully and made the whole process quick and easy. LO had a positive attitude and was genuinely helpful. You can tell he cares about doing a good job and treating guests well. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism.
Vanessa Salido 2 months agoThis hotel was a disappointing experience overall, especially considering the price. The biggest issue was cleanliness, particularly in the restrooms. The shower was in very poor condition, and I have pictures to prove it. For a higher-end hotel, this is simply unacceptable. Another downside is that microwaves are not available in the rooms, they’re only located in common areas, which is inconvenient. Parking is also an added expense. It’s located in front of the hotel, but it costs $29 per night, and this was never clearly mentioned during booking. With service charges and taxes, it came out to about $33 per night just to park. On top of that, additional taxes were added to the room rate, including an 8.625% state tax and a 5.500% city tax. These extra costs really add up and made the stay feel overpriced for just one night. For what you’re paying, you would expect more amenities and better overall quality included. The one bright spot was the hot breakfast. There was a good variety of options, and the cook was very kind and respectful, which made the experience slightly better. Overall, due to the cleanliness issues and unexpected extra costs, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
