Megan at the front desk is AMAZING. From the moment I walked into the Fairfield Inn downtown OKC, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She made check-in smooth and easy, answered all my questions, and had a great attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about guests and takes pride in her job. Megan is the kind of person that makes you want to come back to a hotel. Give her a raise!

We stayed at this location due to its proximity to the Oklahoma Convention Center where a conference was being held. It's clean, offers the typical hot meal for breakfast and we could walk right across the street to the conference. Meagan,who works the nightshift was awesome at accommodating some last minute requests when we arrived back after a late evening out. She even made certain to ask us if there was anything else we needed, and I appreciated that service. I did not see a lot of eating options in walking distance but I would stay here again.

Stayed here for a conference. Place was great. Good location. Nice room and the shower water pressure was great! Staff were very friendly and one of the ladies recommended some great places to eat. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. Nothing special but I expected that.

My experience here started the moment my husband and I were greeted at the door by Meagan. We have been traveling a while now and have had some pretty bad experiences lately but she made us feel so welcome and after checking in we were headed to our room and heard her interact with an older gentleman in the kindest way. She is the true meaning to hospitality! We will be returning because of her customer service!!! Breakfast was good too! Rooms very clean. No pool but they have a bar.

Where do I start with this little money grubbing slice of heaven. If I could give zero Stars I would! First off my adult 21-year-old daughter was arriving 30 minutes before we were going to arrive. We reserved and purchased two rooms months ago for an event we were attending at the paycom center. called ahead ask that she be allowed to check in get a key go to the room! Was told that wouldn't be possible. So that pretty much set the tone for the rest of the stay. Arrived, parked in the hotel parking lot all by ourself. Upon check-in was informed we could not park in the parking lot all by ourselves and must use a valet and was informed that if we did not comply and pay the valet extortion money that we would be towed. So went outside walked up to the valet agreed to pay the extortion money and gave them our keys. Vehicle never moved from the original location where I parked they just went opened it up put a ticket on our dash and probably rifled the vehicle. So $35 was added to the room bill for the privilege of me parking in the parking lot for a room I already purchased. Which is complete BS!!! I was beyond pissed at this point. Hide it in your damn room rate somewhere when I book it, don't spring some parking tax on me when I arrive surprised there wasn't some resort fee or amenity fee tacked on somewhere also. Any other establishment allows you the choice of using valet or not. Not this crap hotel it's forced upon you like it or not. Attended our event came back at 10:30 was going to have a nightcap and the lounge is closed up tight, what lounge is closed before 10:30. Then got up went down to take advantage of the free breakfast and at 9:00 the curtains are drawn food is on the cart being taken away. Stay at this dump as a last resort only!
