Christine K a month agoSeeing a brown cockroach in my bathroom really disturbed me. This hotel is run down, and the rooms need renovation and new furnishings. Also location isn’t very good because you can hear loud street noises when sleeping. Staff were great tho.
S H 3 months agoAbsolutely Horrible, I reserved a room online a week prior and the day I was scheduled to check in they cancelled my reservation. Just sent an email with no explanation. I called and they said my reservation was flagged as invalid. I asked could I reserve again and she said no because I have a local address!! So you wait until the day of check in to do this? Left me scrambling to find another hotel last minute. We are having work done on our house and was going to stay for a night. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT YOUR HONORS MEMBERS!!
John Bosch a month agoI have been a loyal Hilton Honors member for years, but after this experience, I am seriously considering canceling my membership altogether. I drove 13 hours from Tennessee to Oklahoma with my family for my nephew’s graduation. We booked a 3-night stay at a Hilton property well in advance, expecting the quality and standards Hilton claims to represent. Instead, we walked into what was easily the WORST hotel experience we have ever had in our lives. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The ceilings looked water-damaged and patched over repeatedly. The bathroom was in terrible condition, the toilet would barely flush, and the entire room felt neglected and poorly maintained. The beds were so uncomfortable that we woke up in physical pain and honestly felt like we needed to see a chiropractor afterward. The hotel felt dirty, outdated, and completely ignored by ownership. What made this even worse was that when we checked out and explained the issues, the front desk staff immediately acknowledged the condition of the hotel. One employee openly admitted the owners are aware of how bad the property has become and that the hotel “needs to be measured for renovations.” Think about that for a second: Hilton is knowingly allowing customers to stay in a property employees themselves admit is in terrible shape. Because the stay was so awful, we had no choice but to check out early. That left us stranded at the last minute trying to find replacement accommodations during a busy weekend, forcing us to pay dramatically higher rates than what we originally booked months ago. When we contacted Hilton customer service, the response was beyond insulting. After hours of calls, transfers, chats, and multiple supervisors — including one supervisor who actually hung up on us — we were essentially told: “You already got your refund. There’s nothing else we can do.” That was it. No accountability. No attempt to make things right. No effort to help relocate us. No concern whatsoever that Hilton’s own property forced a family traveling for a graduation into an expensive last-minute hotel scramble. We weren’t asking for the world. We simply asked Hilton to help compensate us for replacement rooms at another nearby Hilton property because THEIR hotel failed to provide a remotely acceptable experience. Instead, they treated us like we were trying to scam them after we endured conditions they should be embarrassed to attach the Hilton name to. The most frustrating part is how disconnected and robotic the customer service was. The AI chat and supervisors repeated scripted apologies while refusing to actually solve the problem. At one point I was literally told they would “take my feedback into consideration for future stays,” despite the fact that I had already explained there likely would NEVER be another Hilton stay after this experience. A refund for an uninhabitable room is not “compensation.” That is the bare minimum. Hilton put us in a terrible position financially and emotionally during an important family trip, and nobody at the company seemed to care in the slightest. I have photos of the room condition, screenshots of the conversations, and documentation of everything that occurred. People deserve to know exactly what kind of experience they may be paying premium Hilton prices for. This experience destroyed my trust in Hilton as a brand. If this is how loyal members are treated when a property completely fails its guests, then the company has lost sight of what hospitality even means. Avoid this property at all costs.
Melody Pereira 3 months agoBooked a hotel for 2 nights and it came out to almost $300. Got into our room and the shower had hair and an old wash rag in it. I called the lobby and told them and the house keeper came up to our room and just threw water all over the tub. She didn't even clean it hair was still there and the old wash rag was too. The walls had weird stains all over, Curtains had holes and stains, Rug smelt like wet dog and to top it off our door would not lock and the bathroom door wouldn't lock. After all of that we got a refund and left. 0/10 will never recommend that hotel.
Candice jackson a month agoSammy was the absolute best. Super friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help accommodate me and my husband!! 100%recommend stay there.
