Had an amazing stay here during my time in Oklahoma City. The hotel was consistently clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for everything around Bricktown. The rooms were well maintained, breakfast was always fresh, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after long training days. What really made this stay stand out though was the incredible customer service. A huge thank you to Desiree for being so welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and goes above and beyond to make people feel taken care of. Also want to recognize Queen for her positive energy and kindness — both of them helped create an experience that felt personal rather than just another hotel visit. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality here was top tier. Staff always greeted me with a smile, answered questions quickly, and made the hotel feel like a second home while away from Miami. Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting OKC or Bricktown.

Hotel was fine. But just that, there might be better deals around for the price. You have to pay for parking Lot and it’s unsecured, homeless people were walking around cars when we arrived at night. Might be safer to park on the street (near the police cars) and cheaper.

I can’t say enough good things about this location! Our family of 4 had a king suite and I found the room to be very clean, spacious with lots of open space and storage. They also keep the common areas very clean and well maintained. Having laundry on site, a gym and an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy were a nice bonus. The staff was top notch! The girls at the front desk, the ladies who ran the breakfast, and cleaning staff were all so kind, friendly and helpful. We will stay here every time we are in the OKC area!

Genuinely so impressed by this hotel! The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and filled with wonderful staff. Logan at the front desk was extremely helpful and made it so easy to check in and check out. The location was so easy to find and park at as well as easily walk to local attractions and restaurants. Next time I’m in OKC no hesitation I will stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was located in Bricktown which is a very nice attraction to visit complete with a canal. The staff were very hospitable and competent. It was an easy walk to where I was working for a few days at paycom center. The only weird thing I can't explain and told the front desk people was that I woke up in a sweats I stayed in the same room if I had that duvet on or just the sheet.
