Unfortunately, my sister-in-law and I had an unbelievably bad experience with this hotel. First room we were provided had a broken safety device on the door and a toilet seat that was not secured to the fixture. Upon asking for a new room, we were provided a room on the fourth floor. As we stepped off the elevator, we were greeted with the smell of cat pee. Our room (411) appeared to be the source, as when we opened the door we were immediately overwhelmed by an even stronger odor that permeated the room. We then asked for a third room. Never in my 60 years on this earth have I ever had to even request a second room change to be made. The third room had a huge red stain on the carpet and a torn and stained chair at the desk. I had the front staff come up to feel that the stain was dried and not fresh as I did not want to lose my deposit. Next came our experience with the hot tub. We had sought out a hotel that would provide a hot tub. The hot tub took out the color of my $180 swimsuit, leaving it look like it was tie-died. But the worst part of this whole experience was that we requested to speak with the manager on duty and he did not come speak with us. We were provided his business card to reach out. I did reach out and left a detailed message, yet did not receive a return call to address our concerns. If I had been able to have been heard regarding my dissatisfaction, I would not have felt a need to leave this public review for all future travelers to see.

We were apprehensive when we booked a Hot Rate thru Hotwire and got the Sleep Inn Bricktown. However, thankfully we were pleasantly surprised. For the price we paid it was great! The beds are THE BEST PART of the room! Breakfast was good!

Excellent ! Great stay at Sleep Inn & Suites Bricktown. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The location is perfect—close to Bricktown and downtown but still peaceful. Breakfast was fresh and well‑stocked. I’d definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was really sweet. We checked in at almost 3am and the room was more then we expected. The price was reasonable. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites for about 50 hours and this was a genuinely terrible experience from start to finish. For managements awareness, this was Room 422. The hotel is in clear disrepair. My room had gouges in the drywall, a broken shower handle with missing bolts, a loose toilet seat that would not stay up, a splintered bathroom door, and missing T molding between the carpet and tile with exposed padding and torn carpet. The shower had almost no water pressure while the sink pressure was extremely strong, which points to poor plumbing. The elevators were also in bad shape with missing handles and bolts, which is a serious safety concern. On the morning of checkout, housekeeping knocked at 8 am while I was sleeping, then stood outside my door waiting and went in immediately after I opened it. It was awkward and very unprofessional. The biggest issue was the key cards. During my stay, my keys stopped working six separate times and had to be reprogrammed repeatedly. One time around 11 pm, I was locked out for nearly 30 minutes because no one was at the front desk and only a “sorry we are not here right now” sign was posted. Staff later blamed my tap to pay card, which makes no sense and has never happened to me before. Most front desk staff were unfriendly, except for checkout when I received a sincere apology. I have never said this about a hotel before, but I will never recommend anyone stay at this location.
