Bony Reyes 2 months agoThis place is disgusting. The second you walk in, it smells like straight body odor. The front desk staff clearly doesn’t care, which sets the tone right away. Within minutes of arriving, I was getting harassed outside for money by people that were clearly under the influence of something and felt unsafe the entire night. The room was even worse—sticky floors, sticky bed, and a strong mold smell. I’ve spent time living in Army barracks, so I know that smell well—this was not subtle. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, I paid double what was listed online. If I hadn’t been exhausted from a long drive, I would have left and slept in my car or at a nearby gas station instead. That’s how uncomfortable this stay was. Honestly, I would’ve felt more comfortable sleeping at a gas station. Avoid this place at all costs. they say you get what you pay for but for the same $60 i can go somewhere cleaner
Larry Doyle 4 months agoI've stayed many nights at this super 8 location. It's a great value for the price. I've never had any issues with it until last night. The little twit that was going to or tried check me in to was rude and hateful.. I've stayed at this motel over a dozen different nights. A couple of those nights I've used my points off my Wyndham rewards. As I tried to check in last night she told me that there was a 100-dollar cash deposit. It could not be a card it had to be cash. For me that's a red flag. I told her I didn't have $100 cash I had a card and she said no it has to be cash then she she says if you don't have cash you're not staying.. I called today to talk to the manager and he was trying to back her up saying something about the deposit and not listening to what I was trying to explain to him. I have no issue with the deposit it was the fact that she wanted cash and she would not take a card and she was being rude. So I told him I never had intentions to come back because I've been there many times before as a regular guest and I'm not going to have someone be rude to me for any damn reason. He said well she could have been having a bad day or something could have been the wrong at that moment. I said that's no reason to ever treat a customer or a guest that way. If you don't have a whole lot of money and you need a place to stay this is a place to stay but I think I'd rather stay in my own car from now on.
Kat Kelley 4 months agoHotel lies about being smoke free. Weed everywhere. Naked kids in hallway. Rough and dirty looking rooms and entry. Rooms smell of mold. Service okay, nice yet completely unaware or don’t care of facilities. Floors just a mess and sticky..nothing like the photos. We immediately requested refund and left for a different hotel. Cheap isn’t always better!
Amanda Howard 5 months agoRude staff at the front counter. A friend of mine was nice enough to give me and my mom her free night. She was on the phone all day making sure that once I got to Oklahoma City that everything was taken care of. The man at the counter informed me that she had to be there to claim the room. One problem she lives in Florida. He then informed me we could either pay for the room or get out of his establishment. The toilet in the room we were in ran all night long. Because of the attitude i got when we checked It in, i was afraid to say anything. It was like pulling teeth to get fresh towels. Continental breakfast that was non existent unless you count cereal with no milk. 1 honey bun and bread to make toast with no butter or jelly a good breakfast. The hallway smelled aweful. The nicest way to put it was it smelled like someone "had a stomach issue" the only nice thing I can say about this hotel is our room smelled clean and our bed was made. So if you're ever in Oklahoma City and you see this hotel my best advise is to find another hotel.
