Location is fine but there is zero mention of the road closure of their street so that was a surprise that needed to be navigated. I checked in on a Wednesday at 4:15pm and stood at the reception area for a few minutes until somebody came out. Tried to get ice on three different floors and no machines were working. Called the front desk and got an automated assistant from which I requested a representative. Nobody answered twice and the automated assistant said someone would call me back. Nobody called me back. Went downstairs to ask which ice makers worked and they recommended two different floors or the bar. The rooms seem clean but the hotel is super dated. Still fine for the price. I don't blame the staff, I blame the chain because clearly they don't care about the upkeep or staffing. Valet parking is $34 on a Wednesday and separate from the hotel, no self park, but there are parking garages around that they said charge by the hour.

Room was old, buffet was worse than free buffets at la Quinta or even other 4 story Wyndham's (do not pay for this buffet). That being said, the staff was super nice and made up for it. The hostess at the buffet went the extra mile to make our day right. Jabez at the valet did an excellent job. Also considering the room prices and experience, it was a great stay. Don’t expect “grand” but it was great

Staff was phenomenal and super accommodating, hotel was well placed in the city center, plenty of space in the rooms. The room was nice but you could tell that it had been updated a couple times. There was no safe in the room for valuables or cash. The pool and hot tub was down for refurb, which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. It is downtown and you have to walk across the street to parking behind another hotel which we thought was weird, but we wanted the steps so no harm no foul.

Stayed here several times now, and each visit has been a really good experience. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the pillows are incredibly soft. The bathrooms could definitely use a little updating, but overall the hotel has always treated me well. The breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming for the price, although the wait staff was very kind and welcoming. If you stay here, I’d honestly recommend taking a short walk up the street to Kitchen No. 324 for breakfast instead. Great food, great atmosphere, and worth checking out on Google Maps.

First time staying at the Wyndham Grand in OKC. We tried the valet service and they were really professional and friendly, it also made it easier than finding parking in the downtown area. We were super close to the botanical gardens and a bunch of really fantastic restaurants and ended up trying out some local cajun food. Some of the floor ice machines were not working which was a small hassle but not a huge deal if that isnt something you need. Our room was clean and a really nice temperature and had all the amenities we needed including; a fridge, coffee machine and microwave. They do offer breakfast and food service but we didnt use these. The hotel also has a gym, bar/restaurants and other services which are all super convenient. We had a really pleasant stay and would definitely use them again.
