Rooms are dated but the staff is friendly. Location is great. My issue is - the hotel publishes that you can easily park right across the street from the entrance to unload your luggage and bring it in. I was in and out in about 5 min, and asked the front desk staff if my car was ok. I was told yes, you should be. I GOT A PARKING TICKET! Don't publish that guests should use that parking space if it isn't safe.

This amazing location is right in the heart of the city. The room is clean, though a bit basic. Unfortunately, there’s no drinkable water or a fridge or microwave oven in the room. However, you can find a convenient supply of distilled water on the floor and ice on the 12th floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly.

The only positive thing I have to say is that it's located in a convenient area and the front desk staff was kind. Otherwise, it's definitely giving Catfish, hotel edition. The room is small, the bathroom reminded me of a cruise ship bathroom (not kidding, it was TINY), the plumbing is obnoxiously loud (why am I hearing when someone else flushes from another room???), the bed size was definitely not a Queen and wasn't very comfortable, and we had to call multiple times to get fresh towels.

The hotel wasn’t terrible, but there are several things to be aware of before booking. Be prepared for high parking fees, as the hotel does not offer on-site parking. Parking in the area averages about $50 per night. The hotel does provide a 20% discount voucher for a specific parking lot located about a block away, which helps a bit. The rooms are small, and unfortunately the bathroom had a urine smell, which was disappointing. There is no in-room coffee or microwave. If you want coffee, you have to go down to the lobby. There is a small Keurig machine, but only if you bring your own pods. On the positive side, the coffee and water service in the lobby was decent, the customer service was okay, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it’s manageable for a short stay, but the parking costs and room issues should definitely be considered.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The room was a bit small, but everything was spotless and cozy. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. I also loved the coffee machine in the lobby since it had so many options. Overall, a really nice stay, especially if you care about cleanliness and convenience.
