We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were friendly and always texted back when we asked questions or had concerns. Nice , clean room. Good location. Shower curtain is a little short so floor gets wet. But. No big deal. We enjoyed our stay. Jill and Ric

This location is a little different than a traditional hotel. Most everything is done electronically or remotely, especially checkin. While some may find that to be a bit of an issue, I found it to be a nice experience that let us control the pace of our visit. We had a nice space to ourselves with a kitchen and great access to the city. Everything we wanted to see was in a mile of walking distance, and there were plenty of good locations for breakfast, lunch or dinner nearby when we did not feel like cooking. They only thing about the rooms is that they seem to be getting some wear and tear. I don't know if that is due to the particular room, time of year, or last people to use the room. There was also some noise from the area, but if you are used to cities it is minimal.

The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable. Maintenance was quickly responsive to a minor issue. The online check in and check out worked seamlessly. It s noisy as advertised, so you will need the earplugs! Would stay here again!

It was our first time in Philadelphia, we booked this room it was GREAT! We had a little hiccup getting up to the room but we called Sosuite number and the lady was very helpful as well as another guest, he gave us the number. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath room with kitchen area plus laundry, highly recommended. Nice views of the city, walkable to downtown. Got food around the neighborhood and brought it back to the room.

very nice place. clean, comfy! little late on the checkin requirements and you have to park down the street in a paid parking lot would be my only issue. l
