Stayed here for a few nights and had a really good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. The room was spacious and quiet, and everything felt clean and updated. I especially liked the bathroom and shower area—it was modern, spotless, and had great water pressure. The hotel overall had a nice atmosphere, and you can tell they do a good job maintaining the property. For the price, I felt like I got great value. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Highly recommend.

I don’t know who the heck yall have for HR but how is EVERY front desk worker you have whether day , night, or night audit friendly warm and polite ? I have stayed at this property over 5 times in the last year. I am never disappointed. At times I stay using a discount code and even doing so I never get treated any less like at some properties. My room is always clean. I think it’s crazy that bc the hotel is a little older it’s a 3star. I recommend you all as a friendly safe spacious affordable clean property.

from (CHASTITY GORDEN) I had an amazing experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Vince, Michelle and the Driver Mali, were absolutely phenomenal attentive, polite, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I felt welcomed and comfortable. Their dedication to outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to come across staff members who are so committed to creating a positive experience for their guests. Vince and Michelle truly exceeded my expectations and are a tremendous asset to this hotel. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott for three nights. My granddaughter was having spinal surgery at Shriners Childrens Hospital and we needed a place to stay that was relatively close by. The staff at this hotel are extraordinary people. The kindness that was shown to us was amazing. I must say a huge thank you to Michele (with one L) at the Bistro and to Chef Kevin for going above and beyond in their service to us. Without going into specifics, they were willing to do anything they could for us in our time of need. I also found the people at the front desk very accommodating. The rooms were nice. The bar was a great place to sit and have a much needed drink and the food at The Bistro was very good. Thanks again Michele and Kevin for everything!! We would stay here again because of you.

Stayed at this particular hotel from Friday, January 23rd to Monday, January 26th so that I could attend my genealogy group zoom meeting over the weekend; with some peace and quiet in the background and I must say that the stay was most excellent! I checked in on the evening of Friday, January 23rd 2026 and check in went relatively smoothly. The room that I was ultimately assigned had brand new furnishings and I was on a high floor where I was facing City Line Avenue and could see clearly the bright lights of everything down below, from the TGI Fridays, to the TD Bank, to the Long Horn Steakhouse across City Line Avenue & I could even see from my assigned room "The Adams at Presidential City" high rise apartment building that is adjacent to the Courtyard by Marriot Philadelphia City Line Avenue. What a once in a life time shot & it turned out almost perfect. I think that the nightly rate was so good & I was given a room with a very good view & on a high floor, was due to the fact that I just happened to book right before a major snow storm that ultimately pummeled the area the next day, which left us somewhat trapped in the hotel for about a day or so. Everything about this hotel & my stay was awesome, from the clean, up to date furnishings in the room and the fact that I was on a high floor and was facing City Line Avenue. Also, the cardio room in this hotel is really nice with all new gym equipment. This property also has a really nice and decent sized clean indoor pool. Lastly, I really enjoyed the guest self serve laundry, which the cost of a wash and dry was very reasonably priced (I don't remember exactly how much) The one & only downside to my stay was the fact that the water pressure at the bathroom sink & when you flushed the commode in the room that I was assigned was extremely low, which didn't seem to effect the shower....The water pressure in the shower was most excellent. This is the only gripe that I have. Would I book the Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia City Line Avenue again???? Yes ABSOLUTELY!!! And you should too, I guarantee you that you won't be disappointed. That's it!!!! This is my review.
