I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience deserves to be shared. During my stay, the hotel experienced both a water and electrical outage, leaving guests without access to basic necessities. I understand emergencies happen and that not every situation is within a hotel’s control. However, how a hotel responds during a crisis is what truly matters. I was in town on a business trip, while my husband and our two young children were staying at the hotel. Without running water and reliable electricity, it became impossible for my family to remain there. As a result, I had to book and move them to another nearby Hilton property at my own expense. I reached out to the hotel and later emailed both the hotel management and Hilton Corporate requesting consideration for reimbursement or compensation due to the disruption. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from either management or corporate. The lack of communication has been the most disappointing part of this experience. A simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left to find another hotel for my family while trying to fulfill my work obligations. I have always trusted the Hilton brand and understand that unexpected situations can occur. However, I expected much better communication, customer service, and follow-up from both the hotel and Hilton. I hope this review encourages management to improve how they support guests during emergencies and to respond when guests take the time to reach out.

I stayed here for the Roots Picnic weekend, and the location could not have been more convenient. Being able to easily walk to and from the festival was a massive plus, especially considering the inevitable Uber surge pricing and traffic. The overall amenities are good, but the real highlights are the bar, the lounge, and the incredible hospitality. The staff here are absolutely fantastic! A special shoutout to Winston—he is an amazing human being, and I truly enjoyed interacting with him and Michael every day as we came and gone. They really elevated the vibe of the stay. If I have one critique, it's that the rooms themselves are a bit dated and due for a renovation. However, if you are looking for unbeatable logistics, great customer service, and good energy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. At a glance room appeared to be clean but upon further inspection, it really wasn't. Bathroom floor as nasty and close floor was nasty. I wanted to hang a dress in the closet but didn't dare because of all the dirt and grime on floor. Stayed for three nights and room was not cleaned or made up at all. Specifically asked for this service and still did not get it. I had to go out in hall and get towels from cleaning staff. Asked for coffee and creamer from housekeeping and was told they didn't have any. Had to go to front desk where I was able to get coffee but no creamer. Was told someone would bring some up, NEVER happened. Renters beware.......pick a different place to stay.

Stayed here for Roots Picnic. About a 20 minute walk to the current venue at the park. Leisha specifically gave great service. Very friendly, quick, and efficient service. The bellman Albert, was so helpful too carrying my bags to the lobby! I'm a Marriott girl, but this hotel will definitely be in my preferred Philly stay for concerts in this area. See ya soon!

First time staying at this location and went to the bar for dinner after dropping my bags in the room. Bar was busy for a Monday night. Realized quickly that the bartender, Cindy, was serving the entire bar and seating area, plus the to go area, by herself. She did a great job and kept her humor. Was a great experience. The cheesesteak was pretty good too. Next night, I was very happy to see they had a singer in the bar/dining area.
