⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience staying at this hotel and wanted to give special recognition to Holland at the front desk for her outstanding customer service. I checked out this morning, but my train wasn’t leaving until 11:40 PM, so I left my luggage at the hotel and spent the day exploring the city. When I returned around 7 PM, I still had several hours before my departure and wasn’t sure what to do. Holland went above and beyond to help me find a solution. She was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating, helping me secure a room for a few additional hours so I could relax, freshen up, and comfortably wait for my train. Traveling can be stressful, especially when you have a long gap between checkout and departure, and Holland’s willingness to help made a huge difference in my experience. Her friendliness, patience, and genuine desire to assist guests are exactly what great hospitality looks like. Thank you, Holland, for making my stay even better. Because of employees like you, I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others visiting the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Coordinated a work gathering of about 10 employees at this hotel; staying over 2-nights and renting their conference room. Everyone was happy with the overall experience. We made use of the restaurant and bar right off the lobby. The conference room was really nice up on the top floor, has a kitchenette and presentation screen. The rooms were basic but clean. We saved so much money on the rooms we were able to put it to use elsewhere at dinners and entertainment a few blocks away. Would definitely consider this property again.

I stayed here in late February. Great, central location, the room was amazing, and the staff at the reception desk was very welcoming and always very kind and helpful. The only downside in my opinion was the breakfast: for such a big chain of hotels, and for the price paid, it baffled me a bit that there weren't any gluten free options (apart from the fruit...) for celiac guests. I can't speak for the restaurant because I didn't eat there, but as for the café for the breakfast service, I found that to be quite disappointing. Everything else was amazing.

For starters, this property does not have proper hot water. Even when the shower is turned all the way up, the water is barely warm, making it uncomfortable to bathe. The bedding was also concerning. The beds appeared to have only mattress covers and a loose top sheet—no properly fitted sheet. The sheet constantly came off during the night, and it did not give the impression that linens were being fully changed between guests. That said, the servers and staff were the highlight of the stay. They were consistently kind, polite, and professional, and I truly appreciated their attitude and service. Unfortunately, the café was overpriced for the quality offered. The empanadas were disappointing. At the restaurant, I ordered shrimp and scallop ceviche and was served only three pieces of shrimp, excess cucumbers, minimal avocado, red onions, and no side. The portion and presentation did not justify the cost. Finding a dirty cup under the bed was especially concerning and raised serious questions about the thoroughness of housekeeping. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations. I expected much better attention to cleanliness, comfort, and food quality.

Dumbest bathroom fixture! My first time staying at a Motto. I don't mind the small room and the very basic amenities. But the bottom of the shower curtain dangling 3 inches above the shower stall step and letting water freely splash into the bathroom floor is the stupidest design I have seen. I called the staff and was told all rooms in this hotel have the same problem and all curtains are too short. But how about a simple fix to move to curtain rod lower? The reply: it needs to go through Hilton procedure. Really? Since when a global hospitality chain has so many red tapes to fix a simple problem? The staff members were kind to offer me extra floor mat towels. The bed is comfortable, location excellent, overall a good value!
