We had to book this hotel at the last minute due to an emergency, and while it put a roof over our heads in a pinch, I will absolutely never stay here again. To keep it real, this place feels more like a drug den than an actual hotel. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels that actually bother to upkeep their property, but this place is just filthy. The one major bright spot is the woman working the front desk. She was extremely nice and incredibly welcoming, which was a huge relief. Beyond her, however, the rest of the staff is awful. If you wave or try to be friendly, they just give you mean, hostile stares and go out of their way to make you feel completely uncomfortable. The building itself has a strong, foul odor throughout, and there is visible mold on the walls. The room is in terrible condition—the bathroom door looks like it was kicked in. If you close it, it gets stuck, and you feel like you might actually break the door just trying to get out. On top of that, our room cards deactivate every single time we leave the property, forcing me to go to the front desk constantly just to get back inside. The biggest issue, however, is the complete lack of safety. When we arrived last night, there was a random guy sleeping in his car. The second we got out of our vehicle, he got out of his. He clearly didn't even stay at the hotel, and I have no idea if they even have security here, but my family and I did not feel safe at all. I am attaching pictures of the mold and the damaged doors so you can see exactly what you are walking into. It served its purpose for a last-minute emergency, but I highly recommend staying far away from this place.

It was nice to get a top quality room with all the bells and whistles. I fell in live with the woman at the front desk because of her kindness and always going above and beyond to make my days/ nights enjoyable . And I didn't even get to the free breakfast every morning from 6:30 am to 9:00 am , its a real , just like at home breakfast . Belgium Waffles to die for ,fresh coffee , yogurts , Danish, honey buns , English muffins, Fruit loops , Raisin Bran and of course fresh squeezed OJ. This place is conveniently located On Street Rd 2 blocks from Parx casino and many many stores , restaurants and Did i mention Parx Casino in walking distance. Come take mini vacation right in your own backyard it's AWESOME !

let me start off with the ambience of this place. It makes you want to run into the other direction , it smells like cigarettes when you first walk into the lobby and it was super humid in there, i was on my way to my room and there’s holes all in the hallway , i checked into my room which wasn’t bad at first til i started laying down , the moment i pulled my bed covers up , a roach ran out from the folded blankets on the bed , i left immediately, The front desk was very accommodating and canceled my reservation without being charged. I just don’t recommend this place.

Checked into the hotel and went up to check out the room, as soon as we walked into the building, there was an overwhelming smell of mildew, but the hotel room itself smelled like hot mold, mildew, and tobacco. There were bed bugs, mold on the beds and walls, the floor was sticky, and there was what looked like a small puddle of blood that was in between the beds and under the nightstand. Would HIGHLY recommend to not stay here! Checked out immediately after seeing the room we were put in. The elevator also felt like it was going to completely collapse when we went up to the room. Promptly took the emergency stairs back down when we checked back out.

Don't go here, the place is disgusting, they do cosmetic repairs and the word Quality should not refer to this place. The pictures are a very small part of the many problems,from standing in a shower with dirty water because the drains are clogged to using the ice bucket just to help flush the toilet. I changed rooms 3 times and still the problems with drains existed, even big cigarette burns in the linen on the bed, no house phone to call front desk and if something breaks after 4pm when maintenance go home forget getting help
