This hotel was amazing! It’s right in the heart of everything, so you can easily walk to most places without needing your car. Plus, there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts on the corner, which is perfect for grabbing coffee or a snack without breaking the bank. We could even walk to the market, which was just three blocks away. When we checked in, the hotel was spotless, the check-in was quick and professional, and the lobby was so cute and elegantly decorated, especially since we were there on Valentine’s Day. The staff were very friendly and personable. Our room was incredibly clean and updated with all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable, with plenty of pillows. We also had a cozy area with a couch and a small dining table, which was a lovely touch. If you wanted to stay up late, there was a separate area where you could relax. We had the best view of the city from our 12th-floor room, and they offer free breakfast on the second floor with lots of options. Plus, our room had a kitchen! It had everything we needed, along with some high-end amenities. The only downside was the valet parking, which was a bit pricey, but I understand why, and I’m definitely planning to return.

Great breakfast options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pillows were great and they offered foam pillow options. The showers had great water pressure and the hot water lasted for a long time. More hangers to use for your clothes than the standard hotel. The location was amazing with quick and easy walkable access to the convention center and plenty of restaurants. My only complaint was the room stayed hot. Even with the AC set low the room stayed hot and it still got very hot at night. If not for that, the rooms would have received 5 stars.

Hotel isn’t fancy or the newest, but is located in an area you can go see all the touristy things in Philadelphia. We found it easy to walk to all the surrounding places to sight see and to eat. We saw the Rocky statue and the Washington Monument Fountain. Visited the Franklin Institute, Independence Hall and Liberty Bell. Ate in near by Chinatown and the famous Reading Terminal Market. Breakfast was included and it was better than I expected. Stations had eggs, oatmeal, sausage, fruits, yogurt, self service waffle station, bread and some small baked goods. Plenty of seating on the second floor plus the lounge to hang out area. Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel given it was a place to sleep. The benefits is the location and included breakfast.

This review has been a long time coming. My daughter was being treated at CHOP last year, so we came to Philadelphia and stayed at this location several times. First of all, the location is phenomenal and so close to the Reading Terminal market. It made the perfect home-away-from-home base for us. Second, the staff was absolutely wonderful- kind, caring, thoughtful. On our most recent trip, we were bringing my daughter back to the hotel post-surgery. We were headed up in the elevator when it stopped and a manager we had never met got on. He was only on the elevator for a couple of floors- just long enough for him to notice the “Get Well Soon” balloons and for us to share that we were in town for her surgery. It was a very short interaction, but he was so kind. Fast forward to the next day, we had a knock on the hotel door and opened it to find a member of the team bringing the most thoughtful care package- right down to the Stitch theme (her favorite!), which I can only assume was chosen based on the Stitch pajamas she was wearing in the elevator. We were absolutely blown away that someone could be so observant and turn such a brief interaction into an opportunity to do something so kind and thoughtful. Anyway, I think about this interaction a lot and have so much gratitude for him and for all of the staff who provided a bit of joy during a hard time. I would recommend this location to anyone and will look forward to returning in the future.

Conveniently located with amazing valet parking staff. Dillon at the front desk went above and beyond to promptly remedy an issue. Continental breakfast was good and staff in that area were excellent. Lost a star because the temperature fluctuated wildly.
