Checking in was very fast and easy….Brandon and Vanessa were great and left a great impression. Rooms were beautiful spacious and felt like we were at home. After traveling and driving across the USA from Las Vegas this was such a great place to relax, unwind and explore Philadelphia. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

I took my husband here with plans to go see a show at the Rivers Casino. The free shuttle back and forth was great. Short wait times and staff was very friendly. The vire from the room was fantastic! Love what they did to this place. The park next to it was nice to walk around and even had a playground for kids. The free snacks and drinks was a great added bonus. We plan to definitely stay here again.

First of all let me just say this is the best hotel I have been to in years !!! No exaggeration. Sincerely the highlights never stop! The front desk staff are on point ! Especially Brandon, he was so helpful and profesional! And Salvador and Evelyn are phenomenal ! Simply amazing ! And can’t forget Jasmine so welcoming and so polite! The room is astonishing! Best accommodations I have ever had in a hotel room ! Comfortable bed excellent shower pressure and such a unique feeling and style. I will stay here whenever I come to Philly!

I’ll never stay here again! Rooms were spacious and very nice but that’s the only good thing I have to say about the place. To start, upon checking in and got to our room we noticed that the toilet was clogged before even using it. Waited for about 30 min for someone to fix it, they arrived with a plunger but couldn’t fix it so I requested a new room as I had dinner reservation in an hour. We got our new room and left for a few hours. Upon returning, we found about a dozen kids roaming the halls unsupervised. I dealt with it until midnight at which point I called the front desk to let them know. They said they were sending security. It didn’t stop, I had to call 2 more times to have the kids removed from the halls. It started again at 4am at which point I gave up and buried my head in pillows to get some sleep. Upon check out, I went to put my luggage in my car and noticed a scratch down the side of it. I parked my car deliberately in a spot where there was not a “legal” parking spot next to it. That didn’t matter. A car was parked in the spot illegally, as well as 5 other cars parked in the fire lane. I let the hotel management know but they didn’t seem to care. Don’t stay here, don’t be deceived by the nice rooms, the stay was a disaster!

Great big room! Wife and I didn’t love the bed, but just preference. Parking was easy, and we walked to the Fillmore for a show no problem. Free shuttle to casino if you want too. Expect to walk 10-15 minutes to get to a coffee shop or bar.
