PROS: The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Great location. CONS: cleanliness could be improved as we found 2 packs of blueberries on top of the fridge that must have been there a while, as they were moldy and shrunken. We had NO shower curtain, there was dirt and hair on the wall behind the bathroom door, and I have never stayed in a hotel where there were NO trash bags in the trash cans. (We were in room 1425)

Overall, we had a great experience staying at this hotel and would absolutely consider coming back. I was honestly a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews mentioning outdated rooms, because our room felt quite modern, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It exceeded our expectations in that regard. Check-in was the only small hiccup. We booked through a third-party site, and initially they couldn’t find our reservation. However, once I provided the confirmation number and details about the room type, everything was sorted out quickly and smoothly. We really enjoyed the amenities as well. The downstairs bar in the evening was a great spot to unwind, and having a Starbucks on-site in the morning was super convenient. The gym also stood out—it was much nicer and better equipped than most hotel gyms we’ve seen. The only real downside during our stay was that 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service for part of the time. This led to longer waits and crowded rides, especially when leaving the lobby or heading to our floor. That said, it looked like they had fixed the issue by the time we checked out. The pool was also closed for the season, but that’s completely understandable and not a knock against the hotel. All in all, a very positive stay. If we’re back in Philly, we’d gladly stay here again.

The rooms are fine. The drawers in dthe dresser would never close but the bed is fine, the shower hot and the space is ample. The service is utter trash. From beginning to end. The rude security guy who wouldn't even say hello when being let into a room The valet guys who couldn't figure out their own kiosk. The complete jerk at the front desk who couldn't be bothered to do anything but the bare minimum. The housekeeping staff that both told me rooms were made up daily, and that they would get to my room soon but then never did that day. Or the next. When they finally did, they made the bed with the TV remote still inside the sheets. The coffee stand that had no large cups. The elevator whose out of order sign had dust on it its been there so long. But the worst of all was the banquet dinner I attended. We had to go into the back hallways to find a single server as people were running out of salad dressing and water. The bartender had bottle caps and empty wine bottles everywhere. There was no AV person, so attendees figures out the sound on their own. ALL of these details were better than the both cold and dry chicken that was served. Worst banquet food ever. Only slightly better service. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered, especially in what is supposed to be a higher end property. Do not pay to stay here.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When we first checked in, we were assigned a room that clearly had not been cleaned. After bringing this to the front desk’s attention, we were moved to another room, which unfortunately had multiple issues as well. The refrigerator was completely frozen over, the bed sheets were dirty, and there was barely any hand soap provided. The shower head was broken and leaked water all over the bathroom floor when used. The heat in the room also did not work — only cold air came out, making the room uncomfortable. The carpets were very dingy and did not appear to have been vacuumed. Throughout our stay, I never heard any vacuuming in the hallways or surrounding rooms, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness. When I requested clean sheets, housekeeping simply left them on a chair and expected us to change the bed ourselves. We also asked for clean towels, which they did provide and place in the bathroom. While the staff we interacted with were polite, important information such as Wi-Fi details and parking garage instructions were never provided at check-in. For the price we paid, I expected much better. Despite the number of issues we experienced, no discount or accommodation was offered for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms and lack of attention to basic maintenance made for a frustrating stay. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Room was decent in a good location. Absolutely horrid guest services. Left me on hold 20+ minutes twice when I just wanted towels. Towels never came. Stay somewhere else that can handle basic things like stocking towels.
