The comfort of the hotel was generally decent. The bed was comfortable, the TV was good quality, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. However, there were several issues that impacted the overall experience. The fitness room was either unavailable or not functioning, and the washer was also out of order. The secondary door lock appeared to be damaged, and the door frame showed signs of prior impact, which gave the impression that it may have been previously forced open or compromised. The bathroom lighting, while decorative, was not practical and made basic tasks such as shaving difficult due to poor visibility. There was also a billing issue. I requested a single-bed room but was charged for a double-bed room at a higher rate. Although I considered requesting a correction, I chose not to proceed due to the inconvenience of the refund and rebooking process, especially after a long day. I ultimately accepted the charge to avoid further delay, though this should have been handled correctly at check-in. Overall, the stay was acceptable for the price point, but only just. If comparable options were available at a similar rate, I would likely choose another property based on these concerns.

Value was cheaper than I expected but after staying I could understand why. 130$ for 1 night stay during the week. 50$ "incidental" hold( was told 40$ when I booked, weird they told me 2 different amounts on that) The beds are too high off the floor. Im 6'5" and sitting on the bed my feet dangled off like a toddler. It was also stupidly soft and I didnt sleep well as a result. The TV is rigged for the volume to only go high enough to barely hear it. Also, the power button on remote did not function, was a struggle to find the power button on the edge of the TV to get it to turn on. So if you're watching the TV before bed, you had to get up( climb off) to stagger over to shut off the TV. Also the bed is so high and TV so low, hurts your neck to try to watch the TV. Its a stupid set up. They obviously dont want you to watch much TV during your stay. See photo of my feet in the way of the TV. The AC unit is old, and functions off the window unit itself instead of a thermostat on the wall like most other modern hotels. The lighting is also very poor in the room, so I had to get my son to turn down the AC when we arrived as i couldnt read it. The room was hot and stuffy when we checked in. Took 2 hours to get it comfortable. The biggest joke was the telephone. I needed to set a wake up because we needed to get up at 6am. Luckily I brought an alarm clock because the telephone had a short in it or something. It was broken in my opinion, probably from others slamming down the receiver or something of the sort. I did get it to function by holding it in a way where the "short" in the wiring did not glitch. I called the front desk around 10pm x2 times. Never would answer the telephone to set a wake up. I even sat on hold for 3-5 minutes waiting on them to pick up. No luck. I gave up and just relied on my alarm I brought. Also, there were men outside in the parking lot being very loud eating pizza and listening to loud loud music until around 11pm. Im sure it could be heard all over the hotel. No staff or anyone made an attempt to have them removed. They finally went to bed after about 3 hours, thank heavens. So all together, I woke up feeling like I stayed at some kind of a funny farm. 1 star review.

Close to the things we were going to. Rooms don’t get replenished (towels and rags) and when I went to the front desk to ask for some the lady was on her cell phone and it took forever for her to acknowledge me just for her to say they didnt have anymore. Which makes sense since they never came and Got them out of the rooms. Our room smelled like something wet had sat in there a while. Since they didn’t come and get ours over the 3 days I assume that’s the smell from before we got there. When we got there, there was enough hair in the shower and sink to make a cheap wig. Price wasn’t bad and it was close but the cleanliness and service left some to be desired.

While they only had one baggage cart, two of the staff helped port our bags to our room. Place is clean and updated. Coffee could be available at 6am but isn't until 6:30 or so. Location is awesome for sports and convention goers.

In the past 10 years we have spent hundreds of evenings in hotels and this by far is the loudest hotel we have ever stayed. The traffic noise is constant, so much so the the television volume struggles to overcome it. Spent last night with a pillow over my head. My wife went downstairs to workout and the fitness area...closed. The pool is also closed. Long day yesterday and went to take a hot shower, nope. Water did increase a few degrees above body temperature which would feel pretty good if I were a lizard. Going down in a few minutes for breakfast and will ask about switching rooms, not exactly the peace and quiet you want in a room. Will update after breakfast.
