From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional customer service! Danielle immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable during check-in. She naturally got into conversation about my stay and even provided a list of restaurants and things to do in the area all while checking me in effortlessly. That level of hospitality truly stood out to me. Customer service is HUGE for me nowadays because it’s becoming harder and harder to find people who genuinely enjoy what they do. So many places you visit, people are rude no matter how kind you are. But this staff was the complete opposite. Every single staff member I encountered was smiling, pleasant, and welcoming. I even overheard how they interacted with other guests, and they made everyone feel important and comfortable. That type of environment doesn’t happen by accident — it reflects great leadership. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the manager’s name, and that’s on me, but a great team always reflects strong leadership behind the scenes. The room itself was amazing! One feature I absolutely loved was the smart TV setup that allowed me to sign into my own streaming apps while traveling. It made the experience feel even more personal and comfortable, like a home away from home. Honestly, I could write for days about every detail of my trip, but just know this location completely changed the way I view Comfort Suites. This stay definitely put Comfort Suites back on my list, and I will absolutely be returning. Thank you all for such an incredible experience!

Firstly let me say that Danyale at the front desk is such a sweetheart! She was at the desk for both our check in and our leaving and both times we were really glad she was helping us. The beds were VERY comfortable, and VERY clean. The entire hotel was very clean! There is a snack area, and a complementary breakfast, both of which are adequate. Additionally this hotel felt very safe, including the brightly lit parking lot. We will be returning here when we come back to the Dallas area! Thanks again for the great stay, Danyale and Comfort Suites!

My wife, and I stayed there for the Cowboys/ Eagles game. Upon check in we were greeted by the GM Ms. Betty who was so nice and had such a good vibe. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Everyone was so nice and helpful here. But the one employee that stood out the most was Mo. He was on top of it and went out of his way to help you with any questions, or if you needed anything with the room. Great customer service, good attitude hands down just a cool guy! Loved the location and lots of restaurants near by and super close to the stadium. We will definitely come back here next year. Thank you Mo for everything you definitely deserve a raise for all you do for that company.

Perfect spot when I'm in Dallas for work. The property is nice, clean and spacious. And the staff is AMAZING!!!! Everyone has been great and Danielle went above and beyond to make a stressfull day better. This is now my goto spot when I'm in Dallas on business. Great job ya'll.

We enjoyed our trip although short the hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and staff friendly. Cudos to the front desk staff and Ms. Judith who did breakfast Sat morning. Although there were many people enjoying breakfast, she worked hard to keep it as clean as she could and restocked. We would return.
