The hotel is clean, friendly staff, and the location was perfect for the activities I was doing. The breakfast was hot, fresh and really good. They also.have a 530PM kickback. It was cute and well-received. 3 drinks and hot food. You cannot go wrong with that. I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Arlington was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the modern touches throughout the space. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the standout perks was the complimentary evening Kickback. It was such a refreshing and generous touch that added real value to the stay. The hot breakfast each morning was also excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh options to start the day right. Overall, the Drury Plaza Hotel Dallas Arlington exceeded my expectations in every way. Great service, great amenities, great location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is amazing- Connie and Monica especially! We had a church group of 150 students and leaders and they were so kind & attentive to us! One night Connie baked us cookies and brownies! My computer was accidentally left at the hotel and Monica did all she could to make sure it was found. When found, she mailed it and even sent the sweetest note and scripture! The breakfast and supper was great as well!

We are loyal Drury patrons. We have been to a Drury in multiple states and have only had one negative experience that they were very good at making right. We usually stay in the Frisco location but the Arlington location seemed nicer for our anniversary stay and we wanted the room with the tub. We stayed two nights separated by a few days as this was on the way to and from another location. The first night I had put in the notes that I needed extra pillows and mentioned it was our anniversary. The first room was beautiful and cleaned very well. Totally perfect! Plenty of pillows and as we were settling in we got a knock on the door with a gift bag full of snacks and a card for our anniversary. Super thoughtful! All the tub rooms are near the elevators which we were initially concerned about but the bedroom is far enough away that we heard no noise. Now if we were there with our kids sleeping in the living room they would have heard it cause the beeping of the elevators is loud in the living room. The second stay we had was not as perfect. We had plenty of pillows, as I noted in the reservation, but the room was not cleaned well. There was an old key card left on the dresser and there was a face and hand print on the window. I grabbed a washcloth and cleaned it but it was gross. Otherwise the room seemed okay just not the same standard as the previous stay. The tub was so nice to have and the water was nice and hot. The shower had abysmal pressure but this is pretty common for hotels in my experience. The dinner and breakfast were very nice. Decently maintained. This location seemed busier on our Memorial Day stay so they had a harder time keeping up with the food. The second weekday stay was better. I think this location is always busier than the others, especially with Six Flags close by. Could be better in winter. All in all, we were very happy with our stay! Will definitely consider this location again in the future!

My husband and I stayed here for a mini vacation over a long weekend, and it was fantastic. Everything was clean, from the lobby to the bedrooms to the pool! Service was impeccable. Breakfast and dinner were great as well! The only note I would have is that they should add butter and salt options to their popcorn in the evening. Otherwise, it is 5/5 stars all around. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are back this way!
