After traveling all day long from ATL to Dallas, this location is close to all the attractions. The Manger Pamela truly is a sheer delight and provided me excellent service. She and her staff provide great service. The rooms could use some upgrades. However the beds amazingly soft. I ordered food from the bar and took it to my room. Also good choices. Great parking and quick access to highway.

I realized I had a reservation issue through Hotels.com the day before we were supposed to arrive and was worried I’d have to pay an additional charge to fix it. After spending quite a bit of time trying to resolve the issue through the Hotels.com virtual assistant, I decided to call the hotel directly. I’m so glad I did. Olivia at the front desk was incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding. I had accidentally booked my reservation for the wrong date, and she went above and beyond to assist me. Not only was she able to get my reservation changed, but she also had the additional charge waived. What had become a frustrating situation was resolved quickly thanks to her outstanding customer service. Olivia turned a stressful experience into a positive one, and she is a great example of excellent hospitality. Thank you again, Olivia!

Outstanding quality for the price. Great Bar. Great Breakfast. Terrific location. The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The building is quiet and recently updated. Zero complaint! This is my go-to for stays in Arlington!

Walking into DoubleTree, first thing… that warm cookie? Yeah, they got me right there 🍪 The room was clean, cozy, and gave exactly what it needed to give. Nothing over the top, but definitely comfortable enough to relax and reset. The staff was polite, check-in was smooth, no chaos. Overall vibe: Simple. Calm. Reliable. Not luxury, but not disappointing either. It’s the kind of stay where you get what you came for… and you sleep good doing it.

At this location several times in the past for their cookie tin that costs $15 for 6 cookies with no problems, but this very last time I came in to buy the cookies late at night, they were half done and raw in the center. I took them back to the hotel, the clerk acted like she didn't believe me. Made me wait a full hour for a new batch of cookies that never came out. I left and went back up there the next day to explain to the manager, who wasn't there, but another clerk took over and gave me 7 cookies out of the front desk drawer. Took them home to find several of the cookies smelled like wet dog had to throw them out. Don't really like this place. They nickel and dime you. You can tell when a business is not doing too well they try to hold on to every nickel and won't accommodate the customer, plus they watch your every move like you are trying to steal something from their snack bar when I was looking for the water jug. This place also stinks of strong dirty mop water when you first enter. Drury Hotel on I 30 not far from them is way better, cleaner and accommodates customers, plus Drury has a free breakfast whereas this place charges $16. Drury also have free soda fountain refills. I would pick Drury over this place any day. I only went here for the cookies, and they couldn't even do that right. My suggestion, not only for this place but many places you visit, is to use your credit card so that you can challenge the charges if they fail to accommodate a bad order. I paid cash, and will never see the money again they are so hard up over there. Also, want to point out that when paying cash, this place will not provide a receipt. I'm wondering about that too.
