Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issues were the shower head leaked a bit when in use, and the TV had vertical lines on the right side. We didn't really stay in the room too much so it wasn't a real issue. The location is great, but because it's near the highway traffic noise can be hear in the room- I would try the balcony side next time. Overall a really good experience, I would stay here again.

I use to drive by here all of the time, finally got the opportunity to stay and I will definitely be back. From the friendly front desk encounter and fast check-in. The view from the 4th floor, the cleanliness, and homeliness feel. (Bug free thank the Lord!!!) I will definitely be back 9.0.7. 🏆 Love the location btw.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago with my family, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. Avoid this place at all cost! MY laptop was stolen directly from our room. I know 100% that it was in the room because I had been doing homework the night before and left it sitting on the desk. It did not leave the room with me. When we reported it to the front desk, the clerk was rude, dismissive and immediately defensive. Instead of showing concern or offering assistance, they refused to help search the property or provide any meaningful support. There was no effort to investigate or even take the situation seriously. We filed a police report, but there was no follow-up from the hotel and no accountability taken on their end. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with a business that showed such poor hospitality and refused to take responsibility during a serious situation.

Super quick & awesome stay over night on my way home from Colorado. Thanks so much!!! Jocelyn was amazing & welcoming. Even facing the highway in my room, it was quiet. & I could see the car. & I’m not use to having a hotel patio. So even for a night it was super awesome. & I could see 6-Flags over Texas, which I haven’t been so close to in over 12 years. Highly recommended.

Booked this place, got a text the next day to check in to make check in easier when I got there, noticed it said pet fees (I have an ESA animal) so I called and was told that even though I have medical paperwork for my animal I would have to pay the $25+tax per animal/per day pet fees. I told them I wanted to cancel my reservation because I was not paying “pet fees” for my ESA dog that goes everywhere with me. They proceeded to charge my card $140 and would not cancel my reservation! I have tried calling and emailing to get a refund and nothing has been done! Horrible way to run a business! I will never stay here and I will make sure to tell everyone about this experience!
