I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. The room was spotless, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. I arrived a little early, and they kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

5 star experience. Staff is not only helpful but makes you feel at home. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Made my booking for the wrong day. They helped me correct it and check-in without calling anyone else and with no penalty. They arranged for several other things that I needed and even helped me print a few documents that I needed. Big shout out to Renee and Chantali for helping make my stay wonderful!!

Very disappointed with our experience last night. Around 10:50 PM, my family and I were sitting quietly in the lobby having a normal conversation when an employee who identified herself as the Assistant Director Manager Renee came in for her shift and immediately approached us in a rude, loud, and aggressive manner about quiet hours. There was no reason for the way she spoke to us. We were seated, calm, and not being disruptive. Instead of politely asking us to lower our voices if needed, she repeatedly threatened to call the police and have us removed. Another employee who witnessed everything even apologized to us afterward and said she did not know why she acted that way. We ended up going back to our room because we felt uncomfortable and did not want to deal with more hostility. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in hospitality. There are respectful ways to speak to guests, and this was not it. Management should seriously address how guests are treated.

I stayed at Hyatt Place Dallas/North Arlington, and while this wasn’t my first time staying with Hyatt, it was my first time staying in Arlington. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially liked the soft couch area, which made the room feel more like home. The hotel was very quiet and nicely tucked off Highway 360. It’s close to the entertainment district but still feels peaceful. Being near DFW Airport and downtown Dallas made getting around easy. There are plenty of dining and activity options nearby, which made this a great place to stay.

I had a very frustrating experience at Hyatt Place Dallas/North Arlington/Grand Prairie. After arriving at check-in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready and ended up waiting almost 3 hours. The lobby was packed with other guests who were also upset and waiting just as long. What made it even worse was that it seemed like everyone who had booked through Expedia was being delayed, while people who walked in later were getting their rooms right away. It felt unfair and poorly managed. After waiting for hours, seeing others come in and immediately get rooms was extremely upsetting. There was little communication from staff, and no real sense of urgency to fix the situation. Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here, especially if booking through a third-party site.
