Stayed overnight for a travel stop, worst night of my life in a hotel. The building itself is in a prime location next to a whole bunch of restaurants and the mall, great location. The place itself is nice, beautiful pool and decor. The rooms looked nice and clean. Once we called it a night and finally we’re going to bed, you could hear everything from the outside, hallways and even felt when people walked through. A little kid was running up and down the halls after 1am and I could feel his stomps. The pillows… I undid and left on the floor. My pillows were infused with the scent of weed. Meaning, they were not changed from previous stay or the maid was transporting through pillow cases, idk, just speculating, all I know is that if I moved, I got a big whiff of it and it was not pleasant. Those ended on the ground. Window was cracked pretty badly. I was constantly being woken up by a dripping noise of some sort in which I figured out, it was their mini fridge. Sound was so intense when trying to sleep it was constantly waking me up. Woke up at 0500 started getting ready to leave the place, I was walking barefooted just from the bed to the bathroom twice, jumped in the shower and the footprints were BLACK from how dirty the floor is, so they don’t mop either?! Idk. I recommend this place, yes, only for the location and the place is nice, just have them change the whole bedding or ask for fresh pillows and don’t stay in room 419 or the dang fridge and outside noise will keep you up all night and you will be grumpy in the AM. Rated service 1 star due to the sanitation of the room. *please change EVERYTHING bedding after a stay, please! Hubby did let the front assistance know but he wasn’t detailed, he just said pillows smelled bad and window was cracked. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Room hadn't been cleaned, looked like it was wiped over in spots, trash behind trash cans and on floor. Remote was seemingly greasy. Holes all over in "blackout curtains ", quarter size. Bed looked clean, shower drain was out of tub, mirror had spit spots all over. Counter wasn't even wiped down. (It was well into the night before most of this was noticed, I slept first half of stay in clothes) Ask for a lower floor which may be monitored better & less traffic. If you can, pre check before you fall asleep. Nothing special at breakfast. NO, I won't be staying there again, club member or not. Possible segregated floor placement, smelled like drug smoking had been or was going on undisturbed.

We were traveling in after a 4.5 hour trip and noticed the place looked very appealing surrounded by many restaurants and mall near by. First assumption was we made a great choice! We requested a connecting room as we were traveling with our 4 adult children. None available which was understandable. Bummer! They did however get us on the same floor near each other. It all started after check in making our way to the room. Walked in and noticed a couple dead crickets on the floor! The hallway and rooms smelled awful - definitely not fresh and welcoming. Window curtains were not hooked on correctly and made it very difficult to sleep in the next morning with so much light coming through. Absolutely no water pressure at all! Water was trickling out the shower-head and made if very difficult to shower. It seems as all rooms were having the same issue because we over heard other guests complaining at the front desk. Management said it was a problem with all rooms! We enjoy places with complementary breakfast which was one of the reasons we booked this place. Well, the next morning all 6 of us made our way down to the lobby for a great breakfast. We were in shock as there was not a selection to chose from! No fresh fruits, only one type of bread (sandwich bread slices) No fresh oatmeal with no fixings. No sweet breads. Eggs were powered and looked like rice. Sausage patty looked like they were deep fried and old. Just horrible! Nothing appealing! We decided to skip breakfast both days we were here. At this point, we were very disappointed and ready to jump ship and find another hotel. But figured it was already too late and had to rough it out. Definitely our last visit to this location! Save your money and find another location.

Stayed here with my kid while visiting six flags. Place was pretty nice for the money, very clean, great location. Its right next to parks mall and shares a parking lot with in n out. Plenty to do and eat in the area. Not sure what any bad review was about, saw one about the AC not working, they have wall controls, not unit controls, more than likely the person was just an idiot. Highly recommend.

Is okay just expensive? And I don't really like the fact that they had a used roll the toilet paper i like the fact of people touching what i'm going to use on my body because you never know what they had on their hands after wiping, pretty gross the beds are comfortable. They have breakfast which was an all that great. They have a workout? Area I didn't use and they have a pool. I didn't use and we only needed one bed but they gave us 2 But it close to the mall and in and out and stuff. So all right
