Lisa Blackwelder 6 months agoI love this place! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Niki, Sasha and Roger at the front desk, make my stay here enjoyable and complete. My room is comfortable and safe. My only issue is the Wi-Fi, which I'm told, is being looked into. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. And outside entry makes my comings and goings so easy, no elevator waits and no long walks to the car. I really like that. And the price is just right.Thank you Quality Inn.
Visions by Veerose 2 weeks agoI would leave negative stars if I could. I would not recommend ever staying here! First the rooms smells like old musty basement. The carpet looks and feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, fruit flies just magically appear, I feel like I’m in a movie where someone is about to bust through the door and murder me… the tub is scary don’t even wanna shower in it. Let’s not even talk about the bed…. I’m tempted to sleep in my car at this point. Tv doesn’t work and the WIFI horrible I never experienced such bad quality. I work using WiFi and my laptop wouldn’t even load. I would give this place negative 10 stars if I could.
Jeri Sellers a month agoRoom, service and location were great. Concierge breakfast not so much for me. It only had waffles, cereal and yogurt (not sugar free). Waffles only had syrup and butter to go with them. They had apples as well. I'm not a fan of apples. Breakfast wasn't for me since I can't tolerate sugar. But overall, I'd stay again. 😞
Jim and Judi Coppock 4 months agoI have no idea how this property ever got a 3.4 rating! My husband and I stay at Choice Hotel properties exclusively and this is by far, one of the worst experiences we have ever had! At arrival, I found that neither of the keys seemed to work so I went back to the office. WhenI gave the room number, she didn't re-program my keys, she just said she would come down when she could. When she arrived, she flashed the key to the lock, then had to absolutely put her entire weight on the handle to force it down to open. We found that we had to do the same from the inside of the door so feared that we wouldn't be able to escape if there was a fire! The room reeked of pets, the floor in the bathroom area was covered in paint and stains and there was a big dent in the floor in front of the toilet. When I started to take a shower, I found that the water was lukewarm at best and the little bottle of shampoo was only 1/3 full, obviously what was leftover from the previous guest! The toggle switch on the hair dryer didn't work so the only way to turn it on and off was to plug and unplug it, then I had no way to control the force of the dryer. There was a tall rusty lamp in the corner of the room but no chair to sit in and again, the only way to turn it on and off was to plug and unplug it. The next morning, we didn't even check out the breakfast, we were so disgusted. The ONLY positive I can offer is that is that other than the strong pet smell, the room seemed to be clean.
LoveIsPoison a month agoDurning Our trip from the Midwest (Wi) to the south (TX) I had the pleasure of staying here and had to deal with this wonderful hotel personal who goes bt the name Sasha, this woman was very respectful reminded me good people are still walking and also run in to other working of hotel who were just amazing but Sasha was over the top 👌🏼👌🏼 over all if I could 10 starts on all I would but I guess 5 is the highest. They deserve awards. Southern hospitality at its highest! Thank yall so much!
