I am extremely disappointed with this location. I have stayed at other Spark by Hilton properties before, and my experiences were completely different. This one does not meet the standards I expect from the Hilton brand. When we arrived late at night, the first thing we noticed was a very strong smell of marijuana in the lobby. It was overwhelming and not what you expect when walking into a Hilton property, especially with families present. Once we got to our room, it was dirty. It was clear it had not been properly cleaned. Given the time and the fact that we had just traveled for my son’s competition, we didn’t have many options and were told the room would be fully cleaned the next day. We left the next morning expecting the issue to be resolved. After spending the day at my son’s competition, we returned to the hotel only to find the room exactly as we had left it. No cleaning. No fresh towels. No trash removed. Nothing. At that point, we decided to check out. We could not justify staying another night under those conditions. This was not a minor oversight. It was a complete failure to follow through on what was promised. Cleanliness and basic standards should not be negotiable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues so other families do not have the same experience.

At around $100 per night, this hotel felt underwhelming for the price. Parking was immediately an issue, there isn’t enough space near the building, and we had to park in a gravel side lot. The parking area and parts of the hotel smelled strongly of marijuana, which wasn’t exactly welcoming. Check-in was another frustration. A $40 refundable hold was required for potential damages, which is fine, but the Hilton app experience was disappointing. The app allowed us to select a room and even issued a digital key, but we still had to check in at the front desk, and we didn’t receive the room we selected anyway. That made the digital check-in feature feel mostly useless. The room itself had mixed positives and negatives. There were no washcloths when we arrived, and the bathroom shower appeared to be held together with caulking. Hot water took about five minutes to come through. On day two, we tried to get fresh towels but were told none were available at the time. The beds were comfortable, but the walls were thin, and there weren’t enough accessible outlets near the bed to easily charge devices. Breakfast was included, but very disappointing, just bagels and cereal, with no hot food unless you purchase something separately. That felt like a miss, especially for a Hilton-branded property. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the stay was manageable, but the lack of parking, maintenance issues, limited breakfast, and frustrating app experience make this a tough recommendation. There’s definite room for improvement.

Very disappointing stay! We found three roaches in our room shortly after checking in and notified management, providing pictures. We were moved to another room, but it had a strong unpleasant odor, was outdated, and even had a broken toilet paper holder. What was most frustrating was the manager's lack of concern. The thought of roaches crawling around the room while we slept was disgusting, yet the only compensation offered was a 35% discount on the first night. We ended up leaving after only eight hours because we were uncomfortable staying any longer. The complimentary breakfast was very basic. For the price we paid, this hotel was not worth the money. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others!

So its a bit tricky to get into if your coming off the highway, either look like maniac and hard cut over orrrrr just go up to the light and drive through the parking lot of the Carrier building. Hotel itself is pretty affordable and fairly priced. Rooms are as described. They do offer a breakfast bar, and if you eat at the ihop right next door you get 10% off at the ihop. Staff was exceptionally courteous, and made us feel extremely welcome. Giving 4 stars because there was an issue with one of the 3 rooms we booked. However staff was quick to try and fix it.

The lobby had an awful spell. It smell like mildew/mold and a busted sewer. The room spelled like a smokers room that they tried to cover up. It smelled thrifty, old. The room was clean but didn’t come with a remote for the TV so we had to get one from the front desk. The face towels had holes. We didn’t bother with the breakfast . Just grabbed a cup of coffee on occasions. The staff was accommodating when we needed new towels and bedding. Luckily, my wife is a Spanish speaker cause I would’ve been confused. The only good thing about this place is the location cause it’s centered between Dallas & Ft. Worth and not far from Arlington for Six Flags, the Ball Park. Definitely, not Hilton quality even for the cheaper price. It’s more Super 8 & Red Roof Inn
