⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I had an outstanding experience during our stay. We were in the middle of a work-related transition, and the hospitality shown by Mr. Patel and his entire team made a real difference for us. From check-in to check-out, everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I would especially like to recognize Marissa and C, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my family was comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness, positive attitudes, and willingness to help reflected the exceptional customer service culture throughout the hotel. I also want to acknowledge the rest of the staff, including two front desk associates whose names I unfortunately cannot remember. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were equally appreciated and did not go unnoticed. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and staffed by people who clearly take pride in serving their guests. It is rare to encounter a team that combines professionalism with such genuine hospitality. Stayed for one night and it was perfect after a long drive. The front desk agent "C"was really helpful. Not knowing the area I was directed to the best food in town. The breakfast was awsome. The room itself was clean and quiet! Will boom again the next time im in town.

We stayed here for a Rangers game and it worked out great for what we needed. We Ubered to the stadium with no issues, which made things really convenient. The lobby had a fun setup with a pool table and lots of space to hang out, which we really enjoyed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again for another game weekend. It’s pet friendly too. We stayed with our dogs.

This hotel literally was a refuge for me after my flight was canceled and re-booked to the next morning. I was so impressed with how comfortable the bed was and the shower amenities were perfect. I did not have access to my clothes or toiletries due to them being checked at the airport. The front desk provided me with toothbrush and paste. The morning breakfast was really the icing on the cake, it was delicious and fresh. Thank You from the bottom of my heart.

Spent a few days at the hotel with the coffee, breakfast, fitness center and rook solidly satisfying. The location was great too for someone walking or using a ride share service. There are several convenience stores near by, a Wendy’s hamburger and (not open) an amusement park. The Wifi was solid and good. I could plug in my own HDMI device to the TV. The rest of the room was clean, fun in style and comfortable. The hotel lobby is large with multiple areas. I spent time in a few them waiting for people, enjoying coffee or having breakfast. I think the coffee, tea, hot chocolate and hot water is 24 hours. The hotel store has candy, ramen, juice, water and other items with a microwave and convenient utensils, napkins and plates. Overall a better choice for a better price compared to an earlier visit. I do enjoy pools but walked instead.
