The young gentleman at the front desk was a delight. He was always helpful, greeted guests with a smile, and provided excellent customer service. As for the hotel itself, it wasn’t bad overall, but there was an issue with roaches during my stay. The location was fantastic. Having In-N-Out right outside the hotel was incredibly convenient, especially for late-night meals.

Well this place looks very deceiving from the online pictures. Online looks great but in person especially the outside does not match at all and looks so outdated. I also felt springs from our bed. They ask for a $100 deposit in case of smoking or damages that will be refunded at check out but the whole place smelled of smoke except the room, i will say that. Pictures of the room matched but i will say photo shop helped them out with how clean and bright looking they really are. The name makes it sound nice and luxurious but its not. It was ok just for really having to lay your head to rest before we headed back home.

Let me say, I never leave reviews. But this was BAD. I wish I could leave negative stars I will say, the lady at the front was quite helpful and very nice. But once I looked around I knew I made a mistake booking here. We had pillows with makeup markings on them, towels that never got cleaned (hair, stains, parts were CRUNCHY). The front lobby had a plaque stating rooms were cleaned every Tuesday and Friday. Clearly that wasn’t the case.. Windows had what looked like mold. Room smelled like there was either water damage somewhere, mothballs or mold. We had trouble with the shower head and had to use our entire body weight to finally get it to start. The front desk asked if we were pulling it sideways to work, I said no as the instructions (that were taped to the highest point on the corner of the shower specifies NOT to do) She proceeded to pull it sideways for the water to come on…Seemed upset that I asked for help. The hallways during our stay were filling up with used towels and garbage bags. We only stayed two days as I had fully paid for this room in advance (via booking.com) and they charged me $100 for a deposit. The rest of the trip was great(because we weren’t in this room) but we will never stay here again as everything that was advertised was literally the opposite in terms of “boutique”. I felt gross the entire stay. Very sad and disappointed. We are so excited to leave this place and go somewhere else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a wonderful experience at Alexis Hotel & Banquets and would absolutely recommend staying here. Before I even booked, I called the front desk to ask about availability for a specific room type. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful and kind, explaining what was available and guiding me on how to book it. When the exact option didn’t show online, she told me to leave a note on the reservation and reassured me everything would be taken care of — and it was. She also clearly explained the deposit amount ahead of time and let me know it could be paid in cash or by card, which helped a lot and made planning the trip much easier. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff has been genuinely friendly, caring, and funny. When we asked about coffee, the guy at the front desk jokingly said it would be $5-$10, then laughed and made the whole interaction light and fun. It was such a small moment, but it really showed how comfortable and welcoming the staff is here. The hotel itself is a nice, cozy spot with a clean pool and a relaxed vibe. The vending machines are pretty funny too — the drinks are upside down in the machine new funny makes the hotel stand out and they come out upside down — but everything else has been great. The location is another huge plus. It’s close to restaurants and right off the highway, making it very convenient. Even though it’s technically outside the city, you’re only about 15 minutes from downtown Dallas, which is perfect. Overall, this has been a five-star stay. If you’re thinking about booking here, I definitely recommend calling the hotel directly — the staff is helpful, accommodating, and truly cares about making your stay easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!!! Me and my friends (pregnant at that) and 2 year old came down to stay in hotel and first room had baby roaches 🪳🙄 and air conditioner was not working.. The lady upfront was nice to give us a second room to look at and had food on the floor, dirty wet towel in bath tub and ofc the air conditioner was not working so we immediately checked out didn’t even get to sleep..
