I want very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. I understand it's an extended stay hotel and regular housekeeping isn't always available, but some things need addressed. The mold in the rooms and laundry facility were bad. The hallways and stairwells smelled badly. Overall I didn't like it. Also, my room wasn't stocked very well. I had no silverware. 2 butter knives and a serving spoon was all I had. No toaster, no dish rags or towels, and no dishwasher detergent.

Friendly staff. Right off the freeway easy to get into. Has a little store to grab what you need. Room was comfortable. When we had an issue with the A/C they fixed it within thw hour. I would definitely stay here again.

Good extended-stay hotel with a practical and comfortable setup near Dallas Market Center and Love Field. The location is convenient for airport travel, business trips, medical visits, or longer stays in the Dallas area. Rooms are designed more for extended use, with useful space and basic home-style convenience. Service is generally straightforward, and the hotel works well for guests who want affordable lodging with more flexibility than a standard room. A solid choice for a simple, comfortable stay with easy access to nearby Dallas areas.

Worth the review! First of all, hotel is very easy to find and navigate to- so that’s a plus when you’re not from the area. We were greeted soon as we approached the counter by a nice younger gentleman. Once we got checked in, he directed us to our room. We love the cozy space, being able to wind down in a living room setting from a long week of travel. But wait, there’s more! The shower!!! Oh my goodness!! The water pressure is the best I’ve literally ever seen in my life! Think, water massage. Just imagine! It’s totally perfect! And perfectly hot water! The majority of the time, you have a hotel with great pressure but it’s not hot enough or vise versa. But this place!! Hands down the best shower we’ve had all week in hotels. 10/10 recommendations from me.

Overall ok great staff. Grounds need to be better maintained. Dead Trees and bushes need to be removed the perimeter fences are in serious disrepair. Rooms need some updates. Floors in bathroom and kitchen need to be maintained and cleaned better. The towel rack is heavily rusted bent and coming off the wall. The bathroom door has extensive water damage. The shower valve does not shut off and runs constantly. The elevator needs to be maintained better. there are no visible floor numbers inside the elevator. The elevator jumps and bounces at least 2 " when reaching floors. There was no inspection certificate in or near the elevator as required by texas law.
