What a beautiful boutique hotel! Very cool vibe! The rooms a spacious and comfortable. The pool/rooftop lounge is great! Great view of downtown. All staff were gracious and friendly. As others have stated, the "walls are a little thin". Not a big deal, but good to know if you're bothered by that type of thing. The location is ok.

Booked this boutique hotel in advance for one-night stay to celebrate my daughter's birthday with a few of her friends and were looking forward to the rooftop skyline and pool. Less than 24 hours prior to our stay, we were told these amenities would not be available as the space had been rented for a private party. Not exactly the kind of treatment I would expect for a high end establishment but I guess money talks. Unfortunately, this put us in a tailspin to find last minute accommodations in a market already saturated due to the 2026 World Cup. Luckily the hotel agreed to provide a full refund on our stay but the disregard for our time and plans was unbelievable. Buyer beware!

Chic, trendy place in a great location. Fun art! The rooms are well equipped with high industrial ceilings with softer bohemian decor. The pool is shallow but great for those hot days!! The hotel sells resort passes to non-hotel guests so expect it to be busy on sunny days. Food and drinks are available for purchase and there is ample seating. In the lobby/lounge there is a pool table, table shuffle board and other social entertainment.

I stayed at CANVAS Hotel for a short trip to Dallas, and overall it was a decent experience with a few things worth noting. The location felt convenient for getting around the downtown area, especially if you’re planning to visit nearby spots or just explore the city. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff I interacted with were polite and efficient, nothing over the top but helpful when needed. The room itself was clean and had a modern, loft-style feel. I liked the big windows and natural light during the day, though I did notice some street noise at night, which might bother light sleepers. The bed was comfortable enough for a couple of nights, but not exceptional. The rooftop pool area was probably the highlight—it has a nice view of the skyline and is a relaxing place to unwind, even if it can get a bit busy depending on the time of day. Overall, it’s a solid stay if you want something stylish and centrally located, but it’s not a luxury experience. I’d consider staying again for a short visit, mainly for the location and rooftop space.

The rug was very dirty in the room, I recommend steaming them. There seemed to be bodily fluid on it, along with other dirt. The pink lamp was also stained, it look like it was dunked in water and left to dry and mold. The floors seemed to be not clean, since my feet would be black after I took a shower. I would recommend upgrading the cleanliness. It was also very loud since there was no insulation, I did hear they give you free ear plugs and have a machine to try to drown out the noise. The sheets seemed to be fine. Staff were great, they allowed early check in and they were very helpful. I definitely love the vibe and theme. The roof top was really cool too, I can imagine it being fun in the summer.
