I don't have much positive to say about the place. The elevators were in need of service very soon when I visited, when I pressed the button for the first floor the door made a sound and closed, then the elevator went up a little bit like it was trying to get level with the floor that I was on. Then I pressed the button again because nothing was happening and the doors didn't open. Then the elevator started going down but I heard the doors for the 4th floor begin to open as it was. So I don't think this is a safe elevator, the buttons felt finicky. The one I used was on the right side. I was not comfortable with taking the elevator again so I had used the stairs and there was trash on the ground and a cockroach on the wall. The rooms were ok but I've had better cleaner rooms and motels half the price so I'm not sure why. The shower was disturbingly dirty. The only positive thing was that the staff was nice.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The location is excellent—just minutes from the Dallas Market Center, major hospitals, and downtown attractions, which made getting around the city very convenient. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a very cozy bed and plenty of pillows. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the in-room microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, which made my stay more comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with fresh towels, and had good water pressure in the shower. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. There was a wide variety of options—hot eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, cereal, and fresh fruit—so it was easy to find something to enjoy each morning. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked, and the staff made sure everything was replenished. The staff at this Comfort Inn & Suites were friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. They were quick to answer questions, offer local recommendations, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room tidy throughout my stay. Other amenities, such as free parking, fast Wi-Fi, and a fitness center, added to the overall value. I also appreciated the sense of security at the property, with well-lit parking and keycard access to guest areas. Overall, I highly recommend Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center for anyone visiting Dallas, whether for business, medical appointments, or leisure. The combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service made my stay stress-free and enjoyable.

This was easily the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The water was out when we arrived and we were left waiting hours just to shower. Breakfast was awful and barely edible, with missing items and no effort to keep things stocked. The hotel itself felt poorly maintained and unclean, especially the pool area, which looked unsafe and uncomfortable to use. Elevators were also unreliable and caused constant inconvenience. The only decent thing was the bed being comfortable, but that’s not enough to make up for everything else. I would never stay here again. I have videos they won’t upload

I stayed here from 3/10/26–3/12/26. The hotel overall felt a little dirty and worn out. There were several spots in the bathroom that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned very well—areas around the shower faucet, the bottom corner by the shower, and even some spots on the ceiling. My pillowcase also had makeup on it, and it definitely wasn’t mine since I don’t wear makeup and didn’t bring any on this trip. I had a room with a hot tub, which technically worked, but the plug didn’t seal properly and had a slow leak. I started my soak with the water up to my chest, and after about 20 minutes it had drained down to barely covering my legs. That said, I stayed two nights and didn’t have any issues with safety. My truck wasn’t broken into and I didn’t see anyone else having problems either, which is always a plus. Breakfast runs from 6–9am Monday through Friday. They do switch things up a little—Wednesday they had bacon, eggs, and sausage gravy, and Thursday they had sausage links instead of bacon. Overall it’s a bit worn down and could use better cleaning, but for the price and location it wasn’t terrible. I’d probably stay here again.

We have stayed here for 2 years while receiving cancer treatments. First incident was our window was broke out of our truck. Yesterday, December 22, our truck was stolen. Lady saw it being taken and told desk clerk. HE DID NOTHING! We were not notified. We found out two hours later and he casually handed us the lady's name. She was in surgery! He refused to call police. All sort of excuses. They claim 24 hour security and surveillance. What a joke! Our truck was a top of the line GMC Denali dually. It was parked in the handicap spot by the lobby doors. I do not recommend staying here with this type of attitude! We won't be back! Now we are out of a truck during the holidays. We are from Oklahoma and had to make arrangements to get to UTSW for cancer checkups and then go to police station to make report. We had to make arrangements for someone to come get us and take us home. Totally stressful nightmare! DO NOT STAY HERE!
