They don't have ROACHES. The rooms are a large size. The hotel was pretty clean overall. Elevators didn't work but only 2 flights of stairs. Right next door to Starbucks and Waffle House. Would recommend this hotel.

The front desk person was really nice but the turn off was the smell!! I’m assuming they work with displaced people with kids because that’s all that was coming in. Their attitudes was not the nicest toward the staff. Il spend the money to stay somewhere nice I just thought this was convenient being close to the airport.

I cannot fathom how this place has some 5 star reviews. We stayed last night and here is our experience: There was no breakfast at all, the elevator is broken (hello ADA violation!) They left 1/4 of roll and 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper with no extras in the bathroom. What if someone has an issue? There was hair on the counter and outside of shower, dust on towel shelves where I’m supposed to get a clean towel, 1 washcloth for 2 people, no tissues in the empty tissue box, no body wash so we had to use shampoo for the body because they only one soap at the sink. The room stunk. Did you actually give me a smoking room or just tried to cover up after someone smoked? Or do you just need a good air freshener? The heater cycles every few seconds and sounds like snow hitting the window, you can’t close the heavy curtains to keep noise or light out, the bed is really uncomfortable and sags so much in the middle that I was having to engage my core not to roll into my husband. The room is just LOUD and no wonder, with a huge space beneath the door. The only good thing about this is it’s proximity to UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Prices are fair so not much was expected from this hotel. However, at the very least clean bed sheets and a clean room should be mandatory. The photos online are very deceiving. It looks decent from the photos but the room was filthy and had a stench. I rented a room May 3, 2026 for a couple of hours as I waited to catch my flight out of DAL. Within in the first few minutes upon entering the room I noticed what looked to be animal hair all over the bed sheets (clearly not washed) and trash (empty bottles etc) behind the bed. The carpet was filthy and there was a roach crawling down the wall. I immediately made videos of everything and reported it to the front desk. I was given the phone number to the hotel for a manager I have not been able to get in contact with. The name I was given was “Vee” supposedly the GM. I have been unable to get in contact with her and was never offered a different room or a refund. Very unprofessional and I can garuntee these rooms are not properly cleaned. I know everyone wants to save a few bucks but this hotel isn’t worth it, even for a short stay if you like cleanliness. You will not enjoy this hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the property and the level of service provided. Specifically, I would like to highlight the following issues: - Facilities: Both elevators are broken and have reportedly been out of service for over six months. Additionally, the ice machine is not working. - Laundry Charges: While the posted cost for laundry is $2.00, my card was charged $6.00. - Amenities: The vending machines are poorly stocked, containing only Gatorade and water. - Dining: The breakfast selection is inadequate, consisting only of waffles and boiled eggs. - Service: I have requested clean towels three times and have yet to receive any. Furthermore, staff members frequently do not answer the phone. Given that I paid for a suite, I expected a much higher standard of service
