Services is extremely friendly and responsive. Had an issue with my TV remote and they replaced it promptly. I also got some great food recs. Main issue is the quality of materials in the room. The bed sheet was short and rough, and the pillows and pillowcases feel cheap and scratchy. On the plus side, the room is spacious with a pretty comfortable couch. Location is reasonable - while right off the highway, there's surprisingly a lack of road noise. It's a pretty good jumping point to spots around town. Overall, is consider staying again, but I hope they upgrade their bedding. The price point felt a little high for the room.

The place is clean and comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. The front desk and security workers were all friendly and helpful. I felt safe here; you can't get into the building without a key and the room doors have three locks. It's right next to Pegasus Park, which was nice to check out and also visible from my room. Rooms on the other side of the building may have a lot of traffic noise, but complimentary earplugs are provided. I would stay here again.

I always have a very solid experience here. The room service is hit or miss. But, if you consult the front desk, they get it fixed right away. Not much of a selection of snacks. I recommend gettong a room on the back of the building, as the view is much more pleasant than the highway. The highway is the only reason it gets 4 stars as it can be loud at times. Besides that? Its right next to a highway so reaching anywhere is much quicker. Parking is a bit tight with only 5 Diamond club parking spots. I am always well taken care of.

Hotel is great. Booked based on convenience to multiple events. Rooms are clean and well laid out. Patrick at the front desk provided the most exceptional customer service. A good hotel visit often depends on how you’re greeted and treated by the front desk. Breakfast was fully stocked, all items fresh, and restocked often. My fave is the bold coffee in the morning was excellent. Highly recommend.

Good 3-star hotel with a clean, comfortable, and practical setup near Dallas Market Center. The location is convenient for business trips, medical visits, airport access, or a short stay in the Dallas area. Rooms seem simple and well kept, with the basic comfort expected from Hampton Inn & Suites. Service is generally friendly, and the hotel works well for travelers who want dependable lodging, good value, and easy access to nearby Dallas attractions and work areas.
