We reserved a suite for 2 people, 3 nights. Room in a good size in comparison with Newyork and Europe standards. Clean and comfortable. A good and acceptable hot breakfast. We reserved this location, because it was close to Winspear Opera House. Location: We walked around there at night,didnt have any problem. Its walking distance to many museums and resturants. The staff are very friendly. Thank you for your service. Point: Stores, restaurants are closed at 8-9 pm. We ordered food by uber eat, it took one hour to recieve it. If you want to buy food, you need to buy early.

First off, I want to thank Jay from the front desk. She was super nice, friendly and very accommodating. My family asked alot of questions and she answered them all politely and helpful. Second, i want to say the room was perfect. It fit me and my family well and the bed was very comfy. The movie theatre was a huge plus. The only thing missing was the pool. But Jay informed me y’all no longer had it, and that’s ok! I loved it, and we will be back in the future if we ever need to be. 5 stars!

Conveniently located. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Clean and spacious rooms! The staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would like to specifically mention Daniel, at the front desk and his tremendous help with some last minute requests. Will absolutely stay here again.

I would like to give a praise report for 1 of the employees Moncia she was very helpful and professional in assisting me and my husband. We was stranded at the hotel from a snow storm and she assisted us in getting everything we needed to be comfortable during this difficult time. We appreciate this type of service as she went above and beyond for us and several people that was in the lobby needing help as well. We need more customers service employees like her. The hotel stay was pretty good. Hot breakfast was included with stay. The experience was not great or amazing but I did not have anything to complain about. Kitchen area was large and spacious with large refrigerator and dishwasher. This is a good place to stay if you want to be in downtown Dallas. I felt I got a good deal.
