The room at Hyatt House comfortably fit 3 people. Love that there was a mini kitchen and walk-in closet that ended up being used as a closet, changing room and a place to blow dry hair. Service was great. Especially appreciated the energy of Tammy. She got our day off right with a special waffle and a smile. Location was great with attached covered parking. Only downside was the traffic noise was a little loud. Nothing a sound machine couldn’t take care of though. Overall great experience.

We stayed at Hyatt House Dallas/Uptown and had such a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in Dallas. We had a spacious suite with a kitchenette, which made the stay feel really comfortable. Everything was very clean, the decor was cute, and the staff was professional and accommodating—they even allowed us a late checkout. Anytime we needed anything, it was handled quickly. They also offer a daily happy hour, a clean gym, a nice pool, and good location which were great perks. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay and both my boyfriend and I loved it. Highly recommend!

Visited Dallas with a friend and stayed at this Hyatt House for one night. Check in was smooth. The room was a great size and very clean. Comfy bed and couch. The kitchenette came in handy and had everything you could need for a brief stay. The breakfast was good and Tammy could not have been more lovely! She was so friendly, personable and provided excellent service. I would absolutely stay here again and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent value for money in Dallas Uptown area, close to American Airlines Centre, Katy Trail and felt safe walking around Harwood district. Easy ride share access too. Huge rooms with kitchenette, comfy beds, free breakfast and luggage storage. Have stayed twice now and would stay again. Swimming pool a bonus!

I rarely leave reviews for businesses but once in a while you stumble upon a hotel like Hyatt House and you just have to share your experience with others so they can avoid the same outrage we experienced. We checked in late Monday night (6/8) after driving 9 hours from New Mexico. We pulled up to the front to drop off our luggage/belongings, without any expectations of an any kind of help from a bell hop, which is fine. My wife went inside to check in and told the lady at the front that I was bringing our stuff inside with the cart. She was IMMEDIATELY met with an attitude and was told that we couldn’t park the car in front. We weren’t parked, we had the hazards on and were CLEARLY unloading. When I walked in with the full cart this lady AGAIN with an attitude told me that I couldn’t park there. Ummm…I’m OBVIOUSLY not leaving my car in front of the entrance way, I’m CLEARLY unloading. It’s just very annoying that our first interaction with the staff was met with an attitude. Immediately after that interaction we were notified that we had to pay $40 to park overnight. AMAZING!! That bit of news put us in an even better mood. We LOVE paying to park at our hotel stays. After swallowing that information we had to take even more attitude from the front desk lady. She told us that we booked through HotelTonight.com and that it takes forever to show up in their system. Which is fine but it was just met with more unprofessionalism & attitude. Like lady, just do your job and drop the attitude. Or just quit if you’re THAT unhappy at your job. We went up to our room and ended the night. A day later when we were already on the road, we got our bill and there were even MORE hidden fees. They charged us $75 for a pet cleaning fee. Our dog slept in his own bed and there was no trace of dog hair in that room. STAY AWAY from this hotel. The staff was not pleasant at all and you’ll be paying DOUBLE than what you expected. Never staying at a Hyatt hotel ever again.
