Check in was easy didn’t have a problem. We got to our room and the light to the bathroom would not turn on. Okay not a big deal. The room was comfortable. When we woke up to go down for breakfast. The lady working over at the bar so we can order was rude when I showed her I had breakfast included in my booking. So I went to the front desk the front desk apologized for the server’s behavior and we got our voucher. We go back to the rude lady to order and me and my wife both got tacos and orange juice. We got our food and only one glass of orange juice. So I asked the lady where is the other juice. She said it was only one and I looked at her and the voucher was for 2 people. So we finally got our juice when are good come out. We will possibly stay again however staff needs learn some manners.

We are staying at Aloft Fort Worth Downtown, and to give an honest review, it’s a solid option depending on what you’re looking for. It’s not the classiest or most luxurious hotel in the area—it has more of an urban, modern vibe—but it does have some great advantages. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be right in the heart of Sundance Square and close to restaurants, nightlife, and downtown attractions. The rooms were very cold, which was actually a big bonus for us. We also had breakfast there, and it was good—nothing over the top, but enjoyable. The bar staff was attentive and friendly as well. We brought our dog since they are pet-friendly, which we appreciated. One improvement would be having a designated pet area or small dog relief space to make traveling with pets even easier. Overall, if you’re expecting a five-star luxury experience, this probably isn’t the place. But if you want a centrally located, dog-friendly hotel at a more affordable price point, Aloft Fort Worth Downtown is a practical and convenient choice.

Gorgeous hotel with modern rooms that are a step above the rest. The layout of the rooms are super cool and I loved how long our room was. The toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc..) were very high quality. All of the staff we encountered were polite and helpful and their breakfast selection was very good! I loved how close this hotel was to walk to many places around (Sundance Square was a nice surprise to be literally a block away). The pool was also very nice i just wished there was also a hot tub, but definitely not a deal breaker! Great hotel, great location, 10/10 would stay here again.

Valet line can fill up fast and the elevator takes a bit, but the service is excellent from valet to front desk to the bar/grill. Great communicators and willing to work with you to make your stay comfortable. Lauren at the bar is quick, efficient and fantastic. Lauren has the personality that makes you feel as if you’re seeing a past time best friend. Overall a good stay. 4.5 stars

Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You have to Valet or find your own parking. They have a bar with some decent food options. My room was large with a nice view of the city. Very clean and comfortable.
