Really really surprised by this hotel. The room was better than I expected. Large and clean with a different layout then I've seen in the 1000's of hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. More breakfast options than most hotels, with fresher and taster preparation. Location for a quick drive to downtown areas was great.

I booked a room for just myself for a women’s conference that was being held down the road. The day of check in I received a phone call from hotel asking when I would arrive. I told them it would be a late check-in after 10pm. He said he would make a note. I arrived during that time only to be told they cancelled my reservation and they were fully booked and could not offer me a room. I booked directly from their website, had the confirmation email and showed them the phone call I received around noon that day. Completely inexcusable especially after notifying them of my late check in. After crying in the lobby, I drove all the way back home. I never yelled or became angry or irate- just super upset and cried. And what’s sad is, I really didn’t even get an apology. The guy just said “it’s not my fault”. That is TERRIBLE customer service. Make it right, apologize. Own up to the mistake.

If staying here, check THOROUGHLY for bed bugs. Stayed one night for a business trip last month. Had trouble trying to communicate a late check-in request over the phone with the front desk and had to excuse myself from work to drive over and check in. Hotel seemed nice from the outside, was fine on the inside. Just wish I had checked the reviews closer regarding the bed bugs reported two months ago, as we found a bed bug in our luggage and had to go through the entire process of securing our house.

Great stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fort Worth, TX The hotel is very well located in Fort Worth — everything is easy and quick to reach, including Fort Worth Downtown and even Dallas. This makes it a great base for exploring the area. A big plus is the weekend shuttle service to the Fort Worth Stockyards, which is extremely convenient and a nice touch. The breakfast is a typical American breakfast, with a good selection to start the day. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. Especially the gentleman at check-in was welcoming, helpful, and made us feel comfortable right away. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great service and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

This place is nothing like the pictures I saw online when I booked. It’s very basic and somewhat clean. It smells dirty when you walk in and throughout the halls and my roomed smelled like BO and cheap cologne. The bathroom floor was not clean and just the interior is esthetically outdated. I started to eat a complimentary cookie from the front desk but to my surprise it was terrible and I bit down on a small screw. I handed the screw to the front desk girl and she apologized. I won’t stay again. Hope your stay is better than mine especially for the price point of 175$ a night.
